About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our financial platforms and services. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is essential, along with experience in building scalable web applications and APIs. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure, and knowledge of database systems such as SQL and NoSQL, is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are critical. Additionally, a good understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards relevant to financial data is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and maintainability.

Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, user manuals, and system procedures.

Support deployment and integration activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise in production environments.
