About the Role:

The job holder is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of aerodrome, terminal, and landside facilities ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing functionality, and enhancing passenger and operational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define related operational needs, infrastructure specifications, and performance criteria to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee aerodrome, or terminal, or landside activities, ensuring smooth aircraft, passenger, and vehicle movement, when applicable
• Implement industry best practices, emergency response plans, and technological innovations to optimize operations
• Oversee the development and delivery of related training programs to ensure operators meet competency and regulatory standards
• Manage the recruitment, assessment, and onboarding of related operators to maintain service quality and operational readiness
• Implement related preventive and corrective maintenance programs to sustain facility performance, safety, and reliability
• Conduct relevant inspections, performance evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent is required
• A Master’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Airport Operations or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or equivalent
• Proven experience in Aerodrome Maintenance
