انضم إلى شركة YO HR Consultancy كخبير لغة عربية (متعاقد) في وظيفة عن بُعد من السعودية، حيث ستقوم بمراجعة وتقييم محتوى الذكاء الاصطناعي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، مع مرونة العمل من أي مكان. يُرجى العلم أنه لا يوجد مشروع فوري حاليًا، ولكن عند توفر فرصة مناسبة سنتواصل معك أولًا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير محتوى تدريب للذكاء الاصطناعي: إنشاء مطالبات تفصيلية في مواضيع متنوعة وردود لتوجيه تعلم النماذج، مع ضمان فهم شامل للموضوعات المختلفة (يتطلب الإنجليزية بمستوى C1 على الأقل).
- تحسين أداء النماذج: تقييم وترتيب ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي لتعزيز دقة النموذج وطلاقته وملاءمته السياقية (يتطلب الإنجليزية بمستوى C1).
- ضمان سلامة النموذج: اختبار نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي بحثًا عن أخطاء أو تحيزات محتملة، والتحقق من موثوقيتها عبر حالات الاستخدام (يتطلب الإنجليزية بمستوى C1).
- مراجعة الردود المُنشأة بالعربية والإنجليزية وتقييم جودة التفكير المنطقي وحل المشكلات خطوة بخطوة.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة متخصصة تساعد النماذج على إنتاج إجابات دقيقة ومنطقية وواضحة.
- تقييم الحلول من حيث الدقة والوضوح والالتزام بالمطالبة، وتحديد الأخطاء المنهجية أو المفاهيمية.
- التحقق من الحقائق باستخدام مصادر موثوقة عند الحاجة، وكتابة شروحات عالية الجودة ونماذج حلول تُظهر الأساليب الصحيحة.
- تصنيف ومقارنة ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي المتعددة بناءً على الصحة وجودة الاستدلال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في اللغويات أو الترجمة أو اللغة العربية أو الاتصالات أو الصحافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغة العربية بمستوى أم أو قريب منه، مع مهارات كتابة وتحرير قوية بالعربية الفصحى ولهجة رئيسية واحدة على الأقل (اللهجة المصرية مفضلة).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى C1 على الأقل (قراءة وكتابة) للتقييم ثنائي اللغة والالتزام بالتعليمات.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الترجمة أو التعريب أو مراجعة الجودة التحريرية أو ضمان جودة المحتوى أو ما يعادلها.
- انتباه ممتاز للتفاصيل والقدرة على تطبيق معايير تقييم مفصلة بشكل متسق في بيئة عمل تعاقدية عالية الحجم.
- عادات قوية في التحقق من الحقائق والراحة في التحقق من الادعاءات باستخدام مصادر موثوقة وفقًا لإرشادات المهمة.
- القدرة على تحديد الثغرات المنطقية والأخطاء المنهجية والشروحات غير الواضحة حتى لو كانت اللغة سليمة.
- الراحة في العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة عن بُعد غير متزامنة مع توفر واتصال موثوقين.
- خبرة سابقة في تدريب بيانات الذكاء الاصطناعي أو التعليق التوضيحي أو سير عمل التقييم (مفضلة).
- الإلمام باتفاقيات التعريب لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (المصطلحات، التنسيق، الفروق الثقافية) (مفضل).

You will review AI-generated Arabic and English responses and/or generate high-quality bilingual training content, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving while providing expert feedback that helps models produce answers that are accurate, logical, and clearly explained. You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt; identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding; fact-check information; write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods; and rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality. This is an hourly paid, fully remote contractor role with flexible work-from-anywhere hours. This job is with, a fast-growing AI Data Services company providing training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation model labs-your work directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models. Important: There is no immediate project for this role; however, if qualified, you will be among the first experts we reach out to when relevant opportunities arise. This will also provide you with access to future projects available through our expert network.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong writing and editing skills across Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian Arabic preferred).
- Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing) for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
- 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review (or equivalent).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply detailed rubrics consistently in high-volume, hourly contractor work.
- Strong fact-checking habits and comfort validating claims using reputable sources when required by task guidelines.
- Ability to identify reasoning gaps, methodological errors, and unclear explanations-even when language is fluent.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment with reliable availability and communication.
- Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Arabic localization conventions for MENA (terminology, formatting, cultural nuance) is preferred.
- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects. (English proficiency required: Minimum C1)
- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance. (English proficiency required: Minimum C1)
- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases. (English proficiency required: Minimum C1)
