We're Hiring | Team Leader - Facility Management

 

Join NADEC and take the lead in managing facility operations across our Distribution Centers and agricultural locations. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility performance while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

 

Location: Saudi Arabia, Aljouf Project
Department: Facility Management - Engineering

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead day-to-day facility management operations across Distribution Centers and agricultural sites.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and related assets.
• Manage contractors and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted facility services.
• Lead and develop the Facility Management team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What We're Looking For

 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Facility Management within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector.
• Proven experience leading maintenance or facility management teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor management, and HSE compliance.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle, Maximo) is an advantage.
