Team Leader - Engineering (Processing)

 Location: Saudi Arabia, Haradh

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Engineering (Processing) to support our Manufacturing operations by ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of processing equipment and maintenance activities. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise processing maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations. 
• Ensure the effective execution of preventive maintenance programs and equipment inspections. 
• Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of the maintenance team. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance, processing, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and leadership skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
