We're Hiring | Team Leader - Supplier Relationship

Join NADEC and play a key role in strengthening supplier relationships, driving supplier performance, and ensuring service excellence across our Supply Chain operations. This position is responsible for managing supplier performance, supporting procurement initiatives, and driving continuous improvement to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Department: Procurement

• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities and supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Units to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Analyze supplier performance, procurement data, and spending trends to support business decisions.
• Develop procurement dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify supplier risks and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contracts, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and contract management skills.
• Experience with supplier performance management, KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
