We're Hiring | Manager - Facility Management

Join NADEC and lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Facility Management operations across our Distribution Centers and business locations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, asset reliability, budget control, contractor management, and the delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable facility services.

Location: Saudi Arabia
Department: Facility Managment - Engineering

• Lead all facility management operations, maintenance activities, and outsourced services.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead facility renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Review technical specifications, facility designs, BOQs, BOMs, and project requirements.
• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop facility management and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience leading maintenance and facility management operations.
• Strong experience in budget management, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and contractor management.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of project management, BOQs, BOMs, technical drawings, and facility infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
