In this critical role, you will oversee everything from global procurement and customs clearance to full warehouse management and last-mile distribution.

✨ What You Will Do:

• 📦 Warehouse & Inventory: Take full ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring optimal layout, stock security, and 100% ERP inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting.
• 🌍 Global Sourcing: Identify and negotiate with international and local suppliers to procure high-quality materials and finished goods.
• 🚢 Logistics & Customs: Manage all freight forwarding and ensure seamless customs clearance in compliance with ZATCA and Saber regulations.
• 📊 Demand Planning: Anticipate seasonal spikes (Ramadan, Hajj) to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory levels across all retail branches.
• 🚚 Distribution: Oversee smooth and cost-effective distribution from our central warehouse to our physical branches and e-commerce customers.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of supply chain and warehouse management experience, ideally in the Retail or FMCG sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) and inventory management software.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Saudi import laws, customs procedures, and local logistics infrastructure.
• Language: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
