Company Description Speak and Tweak is a specialized child development center in Dammam, located on Gulf Road, dedicated to helping children communicate, grow, and live with confidence. The center offers carefully designed therapeutic programs, including speech and language development, sensory integration and occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Additional services include community-based programs, feeding disorder (SOS) therapy, family support, and comprehensive psychological and cognitive assessments. Speak and Tweak focuses on individualized care plans for each child and close collaboration with families to ensure meaningful, lasting progress. Role Description As a full-time Speech Language Specialist at Speak and Tweak, you will work on-site in Dammam, providing assessment and treatment for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. You will conduct individualized evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and document progress in line with center protocols. Daily tasks include delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues (such as occupational therapists and behavior analysts), and maintaining clear communication with families about goals and outcomes. You will participate in family education and community awareness initiatives, contribute to case discussions, and ensure all interventions align with evidence-based practices and the center’s standards of care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in speech and language clinical practice, including Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Experience working with Dysphagia and feeding challenges, with the ability to design safe, effective treatment plans.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and for providing clear education and counseling.
- Background in Rehabilitation, with the capacity to support developmental, cognitive, and functional progress over time.
- Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure/registration in Speech-Language Pathology as required by local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based techniques, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Comfort working on-site in a team-based environment and adapting to diverse cultural and family needs.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial; English language skills are an advantage for documentation and professional collaboration.
