هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مركز التميز للحوسبة السحابية (Cloud Computing Center Of Excellence Director) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في تطوير خطة عمل تخطيط وإدارة تقنية المعلومات وضمان توافقها مع استراتيجية الهيئة
- التحقيق واقتراح تنفيذ مبادرات تُحقق أثراً مالياً إيجابياً للحوسبة السحابية وتُخفف المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية
- تحديد عروض خدمات تقنية المعلومات والرقمنة في الهيئة لتمكين الاحتياجات التشغيلية للمستخدمين مع ضمان الصيانة والتحديث المستمر
- تطوير كتالوج خدمات تقنية المعلومات والرقمنة بالتعاون مع المستخدمين والجهات المعنية وأصحاب المصلحة
- الإشراف على تطوير محفظة مركز التميز للحوسبة السحابية وضمان تلبية متطلبات الأعمال واحتياجات العملاء
- المشاركة في تحديد واستقطاب الكفاءات الرئيسية
- توجيه ودعم وتمكين المرؤوسين المباشرين لتنفيذ المهام وفق السياسات والإجراءات المقررة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو ما يعادلها (شرط أساسي)
- درجة الماجستير في إدارة تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، إدارة الأعمال، أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، مع تفضيل وجود 3 سنوات منها في مستوى إداري

Purpose of Job
The Cloud Computing Center of Excellence (CCoE) is responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of cloud initiatives across the organization. This role involves establishing best practices, governance, and frameworks to maximize the benefits of cloud technologies while ensuring compliance and security standards are met. The CCoE Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of cloud solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Resposiblites
- Contribute to the development of IT Planning and Management business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
- Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Cloud Computing and mitigates financial and operational risks
- Define ZATCA IT & Digitization services offerings to enable business users' operational needs ensuring continuous maintenance and updates
- Develop ZATCA IT & Digitization service catalog in cooperation with business users and relevant IT functions and stakeholders
- Oversee the development of Cloud Computing CoE portfolio assuring the fulfillment of business requirements and customer needs
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
- Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
