تعلن الاتصالات السعودية (STC) عن توفر وظيفة قائد البنية التحتية وعمليات DevOps السحابية (Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps Director) في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

قيادة استراتيجية البنية التحتية المؤسسية وعمليات DevOps السحابية، وضمان عمليات آمنة ومرنة وقابلة للتوسع تتماشى مع الأهداف التجارية والرقمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • صياغة وتوجيه الخطة الاستراتيجية للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وعملياتها، وضمان توافقها مع تطبيقات MCN و BCN وأنظمة العملاء.
  • قيادة مواءمة تخطيط البنية التحتية والعمليات مع الأهداف التجارية وعمليات الشبكة والخرائط التقنية.
  • إرساء أطر الحوكمة والمعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وعملياتها لضمان الاتساق وقابلية التوسع.
  • تنسيق المشاركة عبر الوظائف مع وحدات الأعمال والخدمات المشتركة لتمكين التنفيذ الفعال للمبادرات والمشاريع المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات.
  • تصميم وتطبيق نماذج التشغيل والأدوار وهياكل المساءلة لتعزيز جودة الخدمة وكفاءتها.
  • توجيه وحوكمة العلاقات مع الشركاء التقنيين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمات والاستشاريين، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير ومستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها.
  • إرساء وتطبيق آليات الحوكمة والسياسات والضوابط الإجرائية لدعم تقديم خدمات تقنية معلومات متوافقة وفعالة.
  • القيادة بمبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر عمليات تقنية المعلومات، وتعزيز التوافق مع استراتيجيات الأعمال والشبكات.
  • قيادة مبادرات التوعية وبناء القدرات على مستوى المؤسسة المتعلقة بعمليات تقنية المعلومات وأدواتها والتميز التشغيلي.
  • تحديد وقيادة استراتيجية عمليات السحابة، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف التحول الرقمي والأولويات التجارية.
  • إرساء أطر حوكمة السحابة لضمان النشر والإدارة والتكامل الموحد مع بيئات المؤسسة والشبكات.
  • حوكمة وتحسين علاقات مقدمي خدمات السحابة، وضمان كفاءة التكلفة والإشراف على الأداء والامتثال التعاقدي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في تقنية المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مفضلة تبلغ (7+) سنوات أو ما يعادلها في مجال الخبرة.

Job Purpose

To lead the enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps strategy, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable operations aligned with business and digital objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and steer the IT infrastructure and operations strategic plan, ensuring alignment with MCN, BCN applications, and client systems.
  • Spearhead alignment of infrastructure and operations planning with business objectives, network operations, and technology roadmaps.
  • Institutionalize governance frameworks, standards, and guiding principles for IT infrastructure and operations to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with business units and shared services to enable effective delivery of IT-related initiatives and projects.
  • Architect and enforce operational models, roles, and accountability structures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Steer and govern relationships with external technology partners, service providers, and consultants, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and service levels.
  • Institute and enforce governance mechanisms, policies, and procedural controls to support compliant and efficient IT service delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations, reinforcing alignment with business and network strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide awareness and capability-building initiatives related to IT processes, tools, and operational excellence.
  • Define and drive the cloud operations strategy, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives and business priorities.
  • Institutionalize cloud governance frameworks to ensure standardized deployment, management, and integration with enterprise and network environments.
  • Govern and optimize cloud service provider engagements, ensuring cost efficiency, performance oversight, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Engineering or a related field.

Years Of Experience

  • Preferred experience of (7+) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise
