We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Internal Audit Section Head with strong risk assessment capabilities, sound business judgment, and a commitment to the highest standards of governance. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in internal audit methodology, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to translate operational and financial findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Role Purpose

Support the Manager Internal Audit in the planning and execution of audit engagements, preparing audit report data and assisting in delivering the audit team's plan as approved by the GM - while acting as a driver of risk awareness, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and execution of audit projects under the direction of the GM Audit and Audit Manager
• Perform detailed risk assessments and evaluations of operational and financial processes
• Draft audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for improvement
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation
• Contribute to the development and update of audit methodologies and tools
• Supervise and train junior audit staff, ensuring quality work and professional development
• Support special projects and investigations as required
• Review business results at corporate and restaurant levels, working with respective teams to develop action plans for identified gaps

Qualifications

• CIA / ACCA / CPA or MBA
• Minimum 4 years of Internal Audit experience
• Big Four audit firm experience preferred
• Experience in an ERP environment (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Good proficiency in English with an understanding of technical terminology; Arabic is a plus
