المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تفسير الدراسات الإشعاعية وإعداد تقارير مفصلة.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتوجيه قرارات العلاج.
  • الإشراف على إجراءات التصوير وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
  • المشاركة في مناقشات الحالات والاستشارات والجولات السريرية.
  • المساهمة في تطوير البروتوكولات وتحسين سير العمل في التصوير، بما يتوافق مع سياسات وزارة الصحة.
  • توجيه الموظفين المبتدئين ودعم برامج التدريب.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التدقيق والبحث لتعزيز خدمات الأشعة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة طبية (MD أو ما يعادلها) مع إكمال الإقامة والحصول على شهادة البورد في الأشعة، والأهلية للحصول على الترخيص في السعودية.
  • خبرة مثبتة كاستشاري أو أخصائي أشعة في مستشفى، مع التعرض لمجموعة واسعة من طرق التصوير (أشعة سينية، مقطعية، رنين مغناطيسي، موجات فوق صوتية).
  • قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في فرق متعددة التخصصات، مع مهارات تواصل قوية واتخاذ قرارات سريرية.
  • الالتزام بسلامة المرضى والممارسة الأخلاقية والتطوير المهني المستمر والالتزام بمعايير وزارة الصحة.
  • إتقان مهني للغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات في المبيعات الطبية والتواصل مع موردي المعدات الطبية.
  • معرفة بجراحة العظام لدعم التصوير العضلي الهيكلي وتقديم مدخلات استشارية دقيقة لحالات العظام.
  • إلمام ببيئة غرفة العمليات لتنسيق دعم التصوير أثناء العمليات الجراحية والتشخيص خلال العمليات.
  • أساس قوي في الطب لدمج نتائج التصوير مع المعلومات السريرية وتقديم توصيات قائمة على الأدلة.

Company Description The Ministry of Health (MOH) in Saudi Arabia is dedicated to providing integrated and comprehensive healthcare services of the highest quality to all residents. The MOH delivers a wide range of general and specialized health services across the country and works through entities such as the Health Services Council to shape national health policies and insurance frameworks. It prioritizes major health challenges, including non-communicable diseases, nutrition, reproductive health, tobacco use, HIV/AIDS, traffic accidents, and injuries, supported by robust systems for assessing risk and benefit. The MOH also aims to diversify revenue sources through public funding, insurance premiums, and equitable taxation to effectively finance the healthcare system.
Role Description The Radiology Consultant will provide expert diagnostic imaging services and clinical guidance to support high-quality patient care in Medina. This full-time, on-site role involves interpreting radiological studies, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to guide treatment decisions. Daily responsibilities include supervising imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and participating in case discussions, consultations, and clinical rounds. The Radiology Consultant will contribute to protocol development, optimization of imaging workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with MOH policies. The role may also include mentoring junior staff, supporting training programs, and engaging in audit and research activities to enhance radiology services.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales and Sales to effectively communicate clinical value and collaborate with medical equipment vendors when needed.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Orthopedics to support musculoskeletal imaging and provide accurate consultative input for orthopedic cases.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with Operating Room environments to coordinate imaging support for surgical procedures and intraoperative diagnostics.
  • Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Medicine to integrate imaging findings with clinical information and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency and board certification in Radiology, and eligibility for licensing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience as a Radiology Consultant or Specialist in a hospital setting, preferably with exposure to a broad range of modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to MOH standards and regulations.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
