- البحث في LinkedIn، وقواعد بيانات ATS/CRM، وقوائم العملاء المحتملين لتحديد مديري التوظيف الرئيسيين.
- عرض ميزات وفوائد tdjobs.co، وتوجيه العملاء حول كيفية نشر وظائفهم الشاغرة.
- تسجيل نتائج المكالمات، وتحديث تفاصيل الاتصال، وإدارة تتبع العملاء المحتملين داخل النظام.
- العمل عن بعد، مع اجتماعات تنسيقية دورية في جدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الإقامة في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خلفية قوية في المبيعات الهاتفية، الاتصال البارد، أو تطوير الأعمال عبر الهاتف.
- يفضل: خلفية في التوظيف، مبيعات خدمات الموارد البشرية، أو إعلانات بوابات الوظائف.

On behalf of our client, tdjobs.co (a growing job posting platform), Talent Diamond is seeking a clear, convincing, and goal-oriented Telesales Representative based in Jeddah.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be spending time on the phone reaching out directly to recruiters, HR specialists, and hiring managers to promote tdjobs.co and encourage them to post their open job vacancies on the site.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be spending time on the phone reaching out directly to recruiters, HR specialists, and hiring managers to promote tdjobs.co and encourage them to post their open job vacancies on the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to HR decision-makers, recruiters, and business owners.
- Sift through LinkedIn, ATS/CRM databases, and lead lists to identify key hiring managers.
- Pitch the features and benefits of tdjobs.co, guiding clients on how to post their job vacancies.
- Record call outcomes, update contact details, and manage lead tracking inside the system.
- Work remotely, with occasional in-person alignment meetings in Jeddah.
- Location: Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Strong background in telesales, cold calling, or phone-based business development.
- Preferred: Background in recruitment, HR service sales, or job portal advertising.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn (LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus) and standard ATS/CRM tools.
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills.
