About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various industries.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for clients and candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications and selection criteria.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in networking events and career fairs to promote the company’s brand and attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to employment and recruitment.
