تعلن شركة شنايدر إلكتريك عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس خدمات ميدانية محترف (خبير) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق اختبار وتشغيل المعدات الكهربائية في المحطات الفرعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دراسة النطاق التعاقدي للعمل الميداني والمواصفات والمعايير والرسومات الكهربائية وهندسة الواجهات.
- إعداد إجراءات اختبار الموقع ونماذج الاختبار وفقاً لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة والمعايير المعمول بها.
- تخطيط وجدولة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل.
- تحديد وتجهيز معدات الاختبار اللازمة والتحقق من توفر الوثائق المطلوبة (المواصفات، الرسومات التخطيطية، إلخ).
- إعداد حسابات إعدادات المرحلات في المشروعات الصغيرة.
- تنفيذ اختبار وتشغيل المعدات وواجهاتها مع المعدات الأخرى وفقاً للإجراءات المتفق عليها مع العميل.
- إصدار وثائق نتائج الاختبار بعد اعتمادها من الطرفين وإصدار شهادة تجهيز الموقع للتشغيل والطاقة.
- التحقيق في الأعطال المبلغ عنها وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية أو الوقائية.
- التنسيق مع العميل لمتطلبات انقطاع التيار وتصاريح الدخول وتصاريح العمل وغيرها.
- التحقق من تطبيق جميع قواعد السلامة والصيانة الجيدة لأدوات القياس والاختبار وتنفيذ التصحيحات اللازمة.
- الإبلاغ عن تقدم العمل وإنجازه ومراقبة جميع الوثائق ذات الصلة (الإجراءات، تقارير الاختبار، الرسومات حسب التنفيذ).
- إجراء اختبار مرحلات الحماية ومعدات الجهد العالي والمنخفض في المحطات الفرعية.
- اختبار معيدات الإغلاق المفرغة من الهواء، محولات الرفع المركبة على الوسادة، محولات الجهد والتيار، مانعات الصواعق، لوحات التوزيع، نظام التأريض، وأنظمة حماية المرحلات.
- ضمان أداء جميع الاختبارات الميدانية لمعدات المحطات الفرعية بدقة وأمان.
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات اختبار معدات المحطات الفرعية.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والتوجيه لفنيي الاختبار الميداني في أنظمة المحطات الفرعية وأنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية.
- تطوير متطلبات الإدارة والمشاريع لقسم الاختبار والتشغيل.
- ضمان الامتثال لعملية ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في الاختبار.
- الاجتماع الدوري مع العملاء والتواصل معهم والتصرف باستقلالية في الأمور الفنية المتعلقة بالاختبار والتشغيل.
- استشارة العميل في مشاريع الاختبار والتشغيل والحفاظ على علاقة ممتازة مع العميل والموظفين الميدانيين.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُسند إليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تكنولوجيا الهندسة الكهربائية أو أنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية والتحكم أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الاختبار أو التصميم والبناء لمنشآت مماثلة، مع أفضلية للخبرة في مرحلات الحماية ZIV.
- فهم خبير لأنظمة الكهرباء.
- إتقان قراءة المخططات الأحادية للتيار الكهربائي والرسومات التخطيطية للتيار المستمر ورسومات توصيلات المعدات.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على تحديد أولويات المشاريع والمهام.
- معرفة متقدمة بمعايير الصناعة الكهربائية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي، ومهارات قيادية قوية، والاهتمام بالسلامة، ومهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- إتقان استخدام أجهزة الاختبار مثل CMC256 وCMC100 وغيرها من معدات الاختبار.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في اختبار مرحلات الحماية ومعدات الجهد العالي والمنخفض في المحطات الفرعية.

- Study the contractual scope of site work, applicable specification and standards, application, electrical scheme drawings and interface engineering.
- Prepare site test procedure and test formats taking into consideration the manufacturer recommendations and applicable standard.
- Plan and schedule testing and commissioning activities.
- Identify and arrange test equipment needed to carry out the task. Verify the availability of required documentation (specifications, scheme drawings, etc…)
- Prepare relay setting calculation if required for small jobs.
- Proceed with the testing and commissioning of the equipment and its interface with other equipment in line with the test procedure and agreement reached with the customer.
- Issue the documentation of the test results duly validated by the individual and the customer. Issue the certification of the installation for energization and operation.
- Investigate reported malfunction and implement curative action / initiate corrective action.
- Co-ordinate with customer for outage requirement, entry gate pass, work permit, etc…
- Verify application of all safety rules and good maintenance of test and measuring instruments and tools, and implement the corrections needed.
- Report on progress and completion of jobs.
- Control all related documentation (Procedure, test reports, as built drawings)
- Performing test of protection relays and substation electrical HV/LV equipment.
- Testing of vacuum reclosers, pad mounted step-up transformers, instrument transformers (PT/CT), surge arresters, switchboard, grounding system, and relay protection systems.
- Ensures the performance of all field testing on substation equipment is completed accurately and safely.
- Develop and execute substation equipment test procedures.
- Provide technical instruction, mentoring, guidance with regard to substation systems and electrical power systems to field testing technicians.
- Develop testing & commissioning departmental and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance of testing QA/QC process.
- Regularly meet and liaise with clients and other personnels with responsibility to act independently on technical matters relating to testing & commissioning.
- Consults with client on testing and commissioning projects.
- Maintains excellent relationship with client and field personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Electrical Testing and Commissioning Engineer role include:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Power & Controls, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of proven demonstrated experience on testing experience, or design and construction of similar facilities. Experience in ZIV protection relay is a plus.
- Must have an expert understanding of electrical systems.
- Proficient in reading electrical single lines, DC schematics, and equipment wiring diagrams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
- Must exhibit advanced knowledge of electrical industry standards.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership skills, attention to safety, strong analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Must be advanced in the use of testing equipment as CMC256 and CMC100 and other test equipment's etc.
