الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • درجة الماجستير في القانون أو مجال ذي صلة هي ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات.
  • الشهادات المهنية في الحوكمة والامتثال (مثل CCEP، GRC Professional Certification، CISA) ميزة إضافية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً).
  • إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تفسير والتنقل في المشهد المعقد للمتطلبات التنظيمية، وضمان امتثال المنظمة للقوانين والمعايير المعمول بها.
  • تعزيز بيئة من التواصل المشترك بين الأقسام والمسؤولية المشتركة لتحقيق نهج شامل ومتكامل لإدارة مخاطر المؤسسة وضمان الامتثال التنظيمي.
  • ضمان إعداد التقارير وإجراء الفحوصات الدورية اللازمة لمعالجة حالات عدم الامتثال أو الانتهاكات، وبدء خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تطوير استراتيجية الامتثال والخطة، والتحليلات، والمستودعات (Universe - Compilation Law - registers).
  • صياغة إجراءات للتقارير والتحليل والإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب لمعالجة حوادث عدم الامتثال على مستوى المؤسسة ومنع تكرارها.
  • مراقبة عمليات الامتثال، وتقديم الدعم والمشورة لتحقيق أهداف الامتثال، ومواءمة الأنشطة مع تحمل المخاطر والأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Law or a relevant field is a plus.
  • Min 9 years of experience.
  • Professional certifications in Governance & Compliance (CCEP, GRC Professional Certification, CISA) are beneficial
  • English fluency (written and spoken).


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and navigate the complex landscape of regulatory requirements, assuring that the organization complies with applicable laws and standards.
  • Foster an environment of cross-functional communication and shared responsibility, organizations can achieve a comprehensive and integrated approach to managing enterprise risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure Reporting and conduct periodic checks necessary to address non-compliance or breaches, and initiate corrective actions plans
    Develop Compliance strategy and plan, analytics & Repository (Universe - Law Compilation - registers).
  • Formulate procedures for timely reporting, analysis, and corrective actions to address enterprise-wide non-compliance incidents and prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor compliance processes, provide support and advice to achieve compliance goals, and align activities with PB’s risk tolerance and strategic objectives.


  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
  • Communication skills.
