نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نحن نبحث عن مهندس صحة وسلامة أول (Senior H&S Engineer) دقيق وذو قدرة تحليلية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض.
- سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة برامج شاملة للصحة والسلامة لحماية القوى العاملة وضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح المعمول بها، مع تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والتحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات وبرامج الصحة والسلامة بما يتوافق مع لوائح العمل السعودية ومعايير OSHA ومتطلبات ISO 45001.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للمخاطر وتحليل المخاطر في جميع مناطق العمل، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة واقتراح استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية في السلامة للموظفين على جميع المستويات لضمان فهمهم للإجراءات وأفضل الممارسات.
- التحقيق في الحوادث وحوادث الوشك، وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.
- إدارة عمليات التدقيق على السلامة والتفتيش الامتثالي، وتوثيق النتائج ووضع خطط عمل لمعالجة حالات عدم الامتثال.
- الإشراف على تطوير وصيانة وثائق السلامة بما في ذلك أوراق بيانات السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية وخطط الطوارئ.
- التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام والفرق التشغيلية لدمج اعتبارات السلامة في جميع العمليات والمشاريع.
- مراقبة وتحليل مقاييس السلامة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وإعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا والتوصية بتعزيز البرامج.
- مواكبة التطورات في لوائح الصحة والسلامة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية بما في ذلك الجهات التنظيمية ومستشاري السلامة حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال هندسة الصحة والسلامة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة شاملة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية بما في ذلك قوانين العمل السعودية ومعايير OSHA وISO 45001.
- خبرة مثبتة في منهجيات تقييم المخاطر وتحليل المخاطر وتطوير برامج السلامة.
- خبرة عملية في إجراء التحقيقات في الحوادث وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- إجادة قوية لأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والمنصات البرمجية ذات الصلة.
- - شرط إلزامي: حضور اليوم الأول للتعريف بالشركة في أحد مكاتب AECOM شخصيًا كشرط للتوظيف.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي مع القدرة على تدريب وتعليم جماهير متنوعة.
- قدرات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والمهارات التنظيمية.
- عقلية تحليلية مع القدرة على تفسير بيانات السلامة وتطوير توصيات قائمة على الأدلة.
- سلوك مهني والالتزام بأعلى معايير السلامة.
- يفضل: شهادات مهنية مثل Certified Safety Professional (CSP) أو Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) أو مؤهل NEBOSH.
- يفضل: خبرة في بيئات صناعية أو تصنيعية أو إنشائية.
- يفضل: الإلمام بالإطار التنظيمي السعودي الخاص بالصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- يفضل: خبرة في إجراء تدقيق السلامة والتفتيش الامتثالي.
- يفضل: إتقان أدوات تحليل البيانات وإعداد تقارير السلامة.
- يفضل: خبرة في تطوير وتقديم برامج التدريب على السلامة.
- يفضل: معرفة بعلم بيئة العمل (Ergonomics) ومعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وضوابط مخاطر مكان العمل.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Health & Safety Engineer to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health and safety programs that protect our workforce and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. You will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture while driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Health & Safety Engineer to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health and safety programs that protect our workforce and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. You will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture while driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs aligned with Saudi Arabia's labor regulations, OSHA standards, and ISO 45001 requirements
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses across all work areas, identifying potential dangers and recommending mitigation strategies
- Design and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring understanding of safety protocols and best practices
- Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Manage safety audits and compliance inspections, documenting findings and developing action plans to address non-conformances
- Oversee the development and maintenance of safety documentation, including safety data sheets, standard operating procedures, and emergency response plans
- Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to integrate safety considerations into all business processes and projects
- Monitor and analyze safety metrics and key performance indicators, preparing reports for senior management and recommending program enhancements
- Stay current with evolving health and safety regulations and industry best practices, ensuring organizational compliance
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and safety consultants, as needed
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in health and safety engineering or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including Saudi Arabia's labor laws, OSHA standards, and ISO 45001
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment methodologies, hazard analysis, and safety program development
- Proven experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Strong proficiency with health and safety management systems and related software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and educate diverse audiences
- Solid project management capabilities and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret safety data and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards
- Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or NEBOSH qualification
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's specific occupational health and safety regulatory framework
- Experience conducting safety audits and compliance inspections
- Proficiency in data analysis and safety reporting tools
- Experience developing and delivering safety training programs
- Knowledge of ergonomics, personal protective equipment (PPE), and workplace hazard controls
