شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس جودة - MEP للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في الموقع لمشاريع الأبراج العالية والمباني، مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لخطط الجودة المعتمدة ومتطلبات العميل ومواصفات المشروع.
  • مراقبة أنشطة إنشاء MEP (الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق والأنظمة منخفضة التيار) للتأكد من الالتزام بطرق العمل المعتمدة وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs).
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتدقيق المنتظمة على المواد وجودة العمل وعمليات الإنشاء؛ والتحقق من الامتثال لمعايير ASTM وBS وISO والمواصفات الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • مراجعة واعتماد طرق العمل وITPs وعروض المواد والرسومات التنفيذية ورسومات التنسيق من حيث الجودة وقابلية الإنشاء، مع التنسيق مع التخصصات المدنية والمعمارية.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش والاختبار التفصيلية، وصيانة سجلات الجودة، وإصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs)؛ وتتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية حتى الإغلاق.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن لتوضيح متطلبات الجودة وحل حالات عدم المطابقة وضمان التنفيذ السليم لإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.
  • دعم تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) وفقًا لمتطلبات ISO 9001 والمعايير ذات الصلة؛ والمساهمة في خطط وإجراءات جودة المشروع.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للجودة؛ وتقديم أدلة الامتثال وتحديد الفجوات وتنفيذ خطط العمل المتفق عليها.
  • تقديم دورات تدريبية وجلسات توعية لموظفي المشروع وفرق الموقع حول إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة ومتطلبات التفتيش وممارسات التوثيق.
  • ضمان التوثيق السليم وإمكانية التتبع وأرشفة سجلات التفتيش وتقارير الاختبار وشهادات المواد والمراسلات المتعلقة بالجودة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة، مع مصادقة الجهات المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • شهادة في أنظمة إدارة الجودة (مثل ASQ أو IRCA في ISO 9001 أو ISO 14001 أو ISO 45001) يفضل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في هندسة الجودة أو أدوار ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة، تشمل 5 سنوات على الأقل في قطاع الإنشاءات أو المباني ضمن بيئة استشارية.
  • معرفة متعمقة بمواد الإنشاءات وطرقها وإجراءات الاختبار والمعايير المطبقة (ASTM, BS, ISO وغيرها).
  • خبرة في أنظمة وأدوات وممارسات توثيق ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع التركيز على التفاصيل والدقة.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وأدوات البرمجيات المتعلقة بالجودة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Engineer - MEP to join our team! In this role,

you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems on-site to ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. You will play a key role in promoting a quality-driven culture across all phases of the project. You will also have the opportunity to work on one of our key buildings, involving extensive high‑rise tower construction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Implement and maintain on‑site QA/QC systems for high‑rise tower and building projects, ensuring full compliance with approved quality plans, client requirements, and project specifications.
  • Monitor MEP construction activities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low‑current systems) to ensure adherence to approved method statements and ITPsITPs.
  • Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits on materials, workmanship, and construction processes; verify compliance with ASTMASTM, BSBS, ISOISO, and project‑specific standards.
  • Review and approve method statements, ITPsITPs, material submittals, shop drawings, and coordination drawings for quality and constructability, in alignment with civil and architectural disciplines.
  • Prepare detailed inspection and test reports, maintain quality logs, and issue Non‑Conformance Reports NCRsNCRs; track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors and subcontractors to clarify quality requirements, resolve non‑conformances, and ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QMSQMS in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 9001 and related standards; contribute to project quality plans and procedures.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits; provide evidence of compliance, identify gaps, and implement agreed action plans.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions to project staff and site teams on QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and documentation practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and archiving of inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and quality correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution, subject to approval by the Engineer.
  • Bachelor Degree (attested by the concern authorities in KSA)
  • Certification in quality management systems - ASQ, IRCA certificate (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering or QA/QC roles, including at least 5 years within the construction or Building sectors in a consulting environment.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, testing procedures, and applicable standards (ASTM, BS, ISO, etc.).
  • Experience with QA/QC systems, tools, and documentation practices in large-scale projects.
