تعلن شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) عن توفر وظيفة منسق سلامة (Safety Coordinator) في الجوف الصناعية، السعودية. سيعمل المرشح على دعم برامج المشاريع مع التركيز على متطلبات السلامة في قسم الإنشاءات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مساعدة مشرف السلامة في قسم الإنشاءات لتطوير وإدارة وتنفيذ برنامج السلامة في موقع العمل.
  • تفقد مواقع الإنشاءات للكشف عن المخاطر وتوجيه الإجراءات التصحيحية للتنفيذ الفوري.
  • بدء وإجراء التحقيقات في الحوادث لتقليل تكرارها، وإعداد تقارير التحقيق.
  • توثيق المخالفات من خلال الملاحظات والرسومات والصور وتسجيلات الفيديو.
  • إجراء عمليات التدقيق ومراقبة أداء السلامة لجميع عمليات الإنشاء.
  • مساعدة مشرف السلامة في تحديد وتحليل عناصر الحادث: الظروف غير الآمنة والأفعال غير الآمنة، وتسجيل الإصابات والوفيات ومعدلات الإصابة.
  • تفقد منطقة العمل، والآلات، والمعدات، وظروف العمل للتأكد من الامتثال للوائح OSHA (إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية).
  • التنسيق والتواصل مع المقاولين والمهندسين المسؤولين لحل مشكلات السلامة، وتوفير التدريب على السلامة للمهندسين والمفتشين الآخرين.
  • ضمان توفر وجاهزية واستخدام إجراءات الوقاية من الحوادث ومعدات السلامة والوقاية من الحرائق ومعدات الحماية الشخصية ومستلزمات الإسعافات الأولية.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب التكليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل التركيز على مجال الصحة والسلامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • إجادة التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (شرط أساسي).
  • القدرة على إجراء برامج تدريبية في السلامة والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي والإسعافات الأولية.
  • القدرة على العمل بأقل إشراف وبالتعاون مع موظفي قسم الإنشاءات والمقاولين.
  • تقديم دعم سلامة احترافي لقسم الإنشاءات خلال مراحل الإنشاء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إلمام باستخدام الحاسوب والقدرة على تشغيل برامج السلامة الحالية.
  • شهادة OSHA 10 أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Safety Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to support the program projects with particular emphasis on the safety requirements of the Construction Department on all Client Construction Projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assists the Safety Supervisor Construction Department in developing/managing and implementing the job site safety program.
  • Inspects the construction job sites to detect and directs corrective measures for immediate implementation.
  • Initiates and conducts accident investigations to minimize recurrence and prepares an investigation report of these records.
  • Documents violations through notes, sketches, photos and videotapes.
  • Conducts audits and monitors the safety performance of all construction operations.
  • Assists Safety Supervisor in identifying and investigating elements of an accident: unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. Record injuries, fatalities and incidence rates.
  • Inspects work area, machinery, equipment and working conditions for compliance with OSHA (Occupational safety & Health Administration) regulations.
  • Coordinates/Communicates with contractors, RCM's/RCE's to rectify/resolve safety issues. Provides safety training to other engineers/inspectors.
  • Ensures the availability, readiness and proper use of required accident prevention procedures, safety and fire prevention equipment, PPE and first aid supplies.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferably with focus in the field of health and safety.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Ability to conduct safety, CPR techniques and first aid training program.
  • Must have ability to perform with minimum supervision and work cooperatively with Construction Department staff and contractor personnel.
  • Provide professional safety support to Construction Department as necessary during construction phases.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Possess computer literacy and capable of operating current computer safety programs.
  • OSHA 10 or equivalent is desirable.
