تعلن شركة Napco National عن وظيفة فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام مهام طلبات الإصلاح من قائد فريق الصيانة وتنفيذ أنشطة الإصلاح وفقًا لتعليمات العمل المحددة وأدلة الآلات لاستعادة الآلات إلى حالة التشغيل الصحيحة.
  • طلب المساعدة من الفني الرئيسي أو قائد الفريق في استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها عند الحاجة.
  • طلب قطع الغيار باستخدام نموذج طلب قطع الغيار وإحالة الطلب إلى قائد فريق الصيانة للموافقة المسبقة لضمان الاستهلاك السليم لقطع الغيار.
  • بعد الانتهاء من الإصلاحات، تنظيف منطقة العمل وفقًا لتعليمات التنظيف بعد الصيانة لتسليم المنطقة نظيفة وخالية من أي بقايا عمل.
  • بعد الانتهاء من الإصلاحات، تسجيل وقت الانتهاء ووصف المهمة والمهام المعلقة أو أي اكتشافات جديدة تم العثور عليها في نموذج طلب الإصلاح لأغراض التوثيق.
  • بعد الانتهاء من الإصلاحات، الحصول على ملاحظات وموافقة من قائد فريق الإنتاج على نموذج طلب الإصلاح قبل تقديمه إلى قائد فريق الصيانة لضمان رضا الإنتاج عن المهمة المنفذة.
  • استلام مهام الصيانة المجدولة والوقائية من قائد فريق الصيانة وتنفيذ الأنشطة وفقًا لقوائم المراجعة المحددة مع تسليط الضوء على أي اكتشافات جديدة لجدولتها لاحقًا.
  • تنفيذ مهام المعايرة الداخلية بناءً على تعليمات قائد فريق الصيانة ووفقًا لتعليمات عمل المعايرة المحددة.
  • أداء مهام 5S وفقًا لخطة 5S الموضوعة لتحسين ظروف مكان العمل.
  • السلامة: التعرف على إجراءات وتعليمات الصحة والسلامة المتعلقة بمهام العمل المحددة، واتباع معايير السلامة في Napco والامتثال لقانون العمل السعودي واللوائح، والمشاركة في أنشطة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وحضور اجتماعات السلامة حسب المطلوب.

Job Description

  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Receive Repair Request tasks from the Maintenance Team Leader and carry out repair activities in accordance with the set Work Instructions (WI) and Machine Manuals to restore machines to proper working condition.
  • Seek assistance from the Lead Technician or Team Leader in troubleshooting breakdowns when needed.
  • Request spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form and relay the request to the Maintenance Team Leader for pre-approval to ensure proper spare parts consumption.
  • Upon completion of repairs, clean the working area according to the Post Maintenance Cleaning WI to hand over the area clean and free from any work residues.
  • Upon completion of repairs, record the finishing time, task description, pending tasks, or any newly discovered findings on the Repair Request Form (RRF) for documentation purposes.
  • Upon completion of repairs, obtain feedback and approval from the Production Team Leader on the RRF before submitting it to the Maintenance Team Leader to ensure production satisfaction with the performed task.
  • Receive scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks from the Maintenance Team Leader and carry out activities according to the set checklists while highlighting any new findings for further scheduling.
  • Carry out in-house calibration tasks based on Maintenance Team Leader instructions and according to the set Calibration Work Instructions.
  • Perform 5S duties according to the established 5S plan to enhance workplace conditions.
  • SAFETY
  • Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions related to the assigned work functions.
  • Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour Law and regulations.
  • Participate in OH&S activities and attend safety meetings as required.
