المهارات المطلوبة

مهارة في جمع وتحليل البيانات والاستجابة للمواقف المعقدة وتطوير حلول مبتكرة تضيف قيمة لـ NFP.
إعداد التقارير وتحليل المؤشرات التشغيلية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).

المهام والمسؤوليات

تحليل التغيرات في تصميم المنتج والمواد الخام وطرق التصنيع أو الخدمات المقدمة لتحديد الأثر على التكاليف.
تحليل تكاليف الإنتاج الفعلية وإعداد تقارير دورية تقارن التكاليف المعيارية بالتكاليف الفعلية.
تسجيل معلومات التكلفة لاستخدامها في التحكم في المصروفات.
إعداد تقديرات لتكاليف المنتجات أو الخدمات الجديدة والمقترحة.
التوصية بتحسينات في كفاءة التكلفة عند تصميم المنتجات الجديدة.
توزيع التكاليف بين وحدات الإنتاج والإدارة.
تجميع تكلفة التصنيع للمرتبات وتوزيع حسابات المخزون.
تحديد التكلفة لكل وحدة باستخدام طرق محاسبة التكاليف.
إعداد أوراق التكلفة (التكلفة الواصلة) لأوامر الشراء الخارجية.
إدارة ملفات التأمين (PAR) والإقرارات الشهرية ذات الصلة.
مراجعة التكاليف واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان الربحية.
تحليل كفاءة المصنع الإجمالية وفعاليته واستغلاله.
أداء أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري المتعلقة بمحاسبة التكاليف بما في ذلك بيانات التكلفة والتحليل.
مراقبة حركة المخزون وتسوية الحسابات مع دفتر الأستاذ العام.
إعداد قيود اليومية الشهرية حسب الحاجة.
قيادة وإدارة عمليات مراجعة المخزون.
تطوير تقارير مالية وتشغيلية شهرية للإدارة التنفيذية.
تقديم رؤى للإدارة حول عوامل التسعير والربحية.
تحليل النتائج المالية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
إجراء مخصصات وتحليل للعناصر المحجوزة (المخزون والنفقات الرأسمالية).
بدء وتخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة وإغلاق المشاريع بفعالية.
تطوير وتنفيذ مقاييس المشروع وأنظمة القياس.

Job Description

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE:

Ability to understand the NFP business environment, objectives, and apply internal policies and procedures effectively
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to monitor, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources and prepare accurate reports to support decision-making across NFP
Proficiency in using both national and foreign languages, spoken and written
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage work and project activities efficiently and achieve short- and long-term objectives
Ability to effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems, software, and related accounting systems and ERP
Skilled in gathering and analyzing data, responding to complex situations, and developing innovative solutions that add value to NFP
Reporting and analyzing operational metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effects on costs
Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs
Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures
Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs
Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts
Apportions costs between units of production and management
Consolidates cost of manufacturing for payroll and distribution of inventory accounts
Determines per-unit cost through cost accounting methods
Prepares costing sheets (landed cost) for Foreign Purchase Orders
Manages insurance files (PAR) and related monthly declarations
Reviews costs and takes corrective actions to ensure profitability
Analyzes overall plant efficiency, effectiveness, and utilization
Performs monthly closing activities related to cost accounting, including cost statements and analysis
Monitors inventory transactions and reconciles accounts with the general ledger
Prepares monthly journal entries as required
Leads and manages inventory review processes
Develops monthly financial and operational reports for executive leadership
Provides management with insights on pricing and profitability factors
Analyzes financial results to support strategic decision-making
Performs provision and analysis for quarantine items (inventory and capex)
Initiates, plans, executes, monitors, and closes projects effectively
Develops and implements project metrics and measurement systems
