UMATR تبحث عن Senior AI Engineer (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن فريق هندسي متخصص في بناء منتجات ذكاء اصطناعي إنتاجية تُدمج في البنية التحتية الرقمية واسعة النطاق.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
انضم إلى شركة تقنية سريعة النمو تطور منتجات ذكاء اصطناعي تقع في صميم البنية التحتية الرقمية واسعة النطاق. هذه فرصة لتجاوز مرحلة التجارب والعمل على أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي إنتاجية تحل مشاكل أعمال حقيقية في بيئات المؤسسات. ستلعب دوراً محورياً في تصميم وتقديم قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل Enterprise Copilots، أنظمة RAG، البحث الذكي، وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأتمتة سير العمل. ستعمل عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة والمنتجات للمساعدة في بناء تطبيقات ذكاء اصطناعي قابلة للتوسع تُدمج مباشرة في منتجات موجهة للعملاء وتُستخدم في بيئات حرجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتقديم قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي بما في ذلك Enterprise Copilots وأنظمة RAG
- بناء أنظمة بحث ذكية ووكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي وأتمتة سير العمل
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والمنتجات لبناء تطبيقات ذكاء اصطناعي قابلة للتوسع ومدمجة في منتجات العملاء
- العمل على أنظمة إنتاجية تحل مشاكل أعمال حقيقية في بيئات المؤسسات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية سعودية
- 4+ سنوات خبرة في هندسة البرمجيات أو تعلم الآلة أو هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي
- خبرة قوية في تطوير Python
- خبرة مثبتة في بناء ونشر تطبيقات قائمة على LLM في الإنتاج
- خبرة عملية مع OpenAI أو Azure OpenAI أو Anthropic أو نماذج أساسية مماثلة
- خبرة مع LangChain أو LlamaIndex أو أطر عمل تنسيق الذكاء الاصطناعي المماثلة
- خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- خبرة في العمل مع قواعد بيانات المتجهات مثل Pinecone أو Weaviate أو Qdrant أو Chroma
- خبرة في بناء APIs باستخدام FastAPI
- خبرة في نشر التطبيقات في بيئات سحابية
- فهم قوي لهندسة الاستعلامات (Prompt Engineering) وأطر التقييم وموثوقية أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي

Senior AI Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Join a high-growth technology company building AI products that sit at the heart of large-scale digital infrastructure. This is an opportunity to move beyond experimentation and work on production AI systems that solve real business problems across enterprise environments.
You'll play a key role in designing and delivering AI capabilities including enterprise copilots, RAG systems, intelligent search, AI agents, and workflow automation. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you'll help build scalable AI applications that are embedded directly into customer-facing products and used in mission-critical environments.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
- Strong Python development experience
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications in production
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation models
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI system reliability
