Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi

We're partnering with an AI and data technology company that is developing an enterprise platform designed to help organisations make smarter, faster decisions using operational data. They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team and play a key role in building the next generation of their core product.

You'll be joining an early-stage engineering team where you'll have genuine influence over technical decisions, product direction, and engineering standards while helping deliver software used within complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

• Building modern web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Developing scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Creating enterprise dashboards that transform complex operational data into meaningful insights.
• Building analytics and data exploration tools that allow users to interact with large datasets.
• Developing workflow automation features that streamline business processes.
• Delivering AI-enabled product experiences by integrating intelligent services into customer-facing applications.
• Designing secure, scalable backend architecture and optimising database performance.
• Collaborating closely with Product, AI and Engineering teams to shape new functionality.
• Contributing to architecture discussions, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Supporting production systems and continuously improving performance, reliability and scalability.

Who We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend development experience using Python.
• Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Experience working with Docker and containerised applications.
• Good understanding of software architecture, scalability and engineering best practices.
• Experience building production SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative product-focused environment.
