Role Description This is a full-time, on-site محاسب ادارة املاك role based at Bright House RealEstate in Jeddah. The Property Management Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of properties, including recording transactions, preparing invoices, and tracking rental income and operating expenses. The role includes reconciling bank statements, maintaining accurate ledgers, and preparing periodic financial reports for property owners and internal stakeholders. The accountant monitors payment collections, handles vendor payments, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management for each property. This role also assists with audit preparations, ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and collaborates with the property management team to resolve financial discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong property and real estate accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting for multiple properties.
- Proficiency in accounting software and property management systems, with solid Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards relevant to real estate operations in Jeddah.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with property managers, owners, tenants, and external vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA or local equivalent) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in property management accounting or real estate finance is strongly preferred.
