# Logistics Delivery Specialist (Saudization)

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the timely delivery of healthcare products, medical supplies, and procurement materials while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an efficient supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily delivery operations and ensure timely distribution of goods and materials.

- Monitor shipment schedules, transportation activities, and delivery performance.

- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Track orders and deliveries, resolving any delays or logistics-related issues.

- Maintain accurate delivery records, shipment documentation, and inventory movements.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.

- Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to improve operational efficiency.

- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain operations.

## Qualifications & Requirements

- (Mandatory - Saudization Position).

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or procurement operations.

- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and supply chain management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

- Experience working with ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems is preferred.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
