SLS The Red Sea، وجهة الضيافة الفاخرة على ساحل البحر الأحمر في تبوك (أملج)، السعودية، تبحث عن فني سمعي بصري (Audio Visual Technician) للانضمام إلى فريقها. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم دعم تقني استثنائي لأحداث المنتجع واجتماعاته وفعالياته الترفيهية، لضمان تجارب ضيوف لا تُنسى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تجهيز وتشغيل وفك المعدات السمعية البصرية للاجتماعات والمؤتمرات وحفلات الزفاف والمآدب والفعاليات الترفيهية والمناسبات الخاصة.
  • تشغيل أنظمة الصوت والإضاءة والعرض والفيديو أثناء الفعاليات الحية لضمان تنفيذ سلس واحترافي.
  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والفحص الدوري لجميع معدات الصوت والصورة لضمان الموثوقية والأداء الأمثل.
  • تشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية المتعلقة بالميكروفونات ومكبرات الصوت وخلاطات الصوت وأجهزة العرض والشاشات LED وأنظمة AV الأخرى.
  • تقديم دعم تقني ميداني احترافي للضيوف كبار الشخصيات والاجتماعات التنفيذية والفعاليات رفيعة المستوى.
  • الحفاظ على معرفة قوية بمعدات AV ومتطلبات الفعاليات والإعدادات الفنية والإجراءات التشغيلية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الفعاليات والمآدب والترفيه وتقنية المعلومات والهندسة لضمان تلبية جميع المتطلبات التقنية بفعالية.
  • دعم أنظمة AV في قاعات الاجتماعات وغرف مجالس الإدارة والمساحات المخصصة للاجتماعات وصالات الترفيه والشاشات الرقمية والأنظمة داخل الغرف في جميع أنحاء المنتجع.
  • ضمان صيانة وتخزين ومعالجة جميع معدات AV وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة ومعايير المنتجع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجرد المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات ومتطلبات الخدمة.
  • المساعدة في تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة ومعدات AV الجديدة.
  • التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين الخارجيين لمعدات AV عند الحاجة، مع ضمان إنجاز العمل وفق معايير SLS.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة مع اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والتشغيل.
  • الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات خدمة AV وتقليل الاضطراب في تجارب الضيوف وعمليات المنتجع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات الصوت والصورة (Audio Visual) داخل فندق فاخر أو منتجع أو بيئة فعاليات راقية.
  • معرفة تقنية بأنظمة الصوت والفيديو والإضاءة والعرض الاحترافية.
  • خبرة في تشغيل وصيانة معدات AV للفعاليات والمؤتمرات وحفلات الزفاف والبرامج الترفيهية.
  • معرفة في تشخيص أعطال AV والصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحات الأساسية للمعدات.
  • فهم لممارسات السلامة الكهربائية وتركيبات أنظمة AV.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل مع قدرات ممتازة في حل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئاً ومحترفاً وموجهاً نحو الخدمة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

Job Description

At SLS The Red Sea, we create extraordinary experiences through attention to detail, innovation, and flawless execution. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical experiences by ensuring seamless audio-visual support across the resort’s events, meetings, entertainment venues, and guest experiences.

Working closely with Engineering, Events, Banquets, Entertainment, and IT teams, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems to ensure every event and guest interaction reflects SLS standards, operational excellence, and a commitment to unforgettable experiences.

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, entertainment events, and special functions.
  • Operate sound, lighting, projection, and video systems during live events to ensure smooth and professional execution.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all AV equipment to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, LED screens, displays, and other AV systems.
  • Provide professional on-site technical support for VIP guests, executive meetings, and high-profile events.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of AV equipment, event requirements, technical setups, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with Events, Banquets, Entertainment, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure all technical requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Support conference rooms, boardrooms, meeting spaces, entertainment venues, digital displays, and in-room AV systems across the resort.
  • Ensure all AV equipment is properly maintained, stored, and handled in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and resort standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance activities, repairs, and service requirements.
  • Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new audio-visual equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with external AV suppliers and contractors when required, ensuring work is completed according to SLS standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while following all health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Respond promptly to AV service requests and minimize disruption to guest experiences and resort operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent SLS The Red Sea with confidence, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration, effective communication, and proactive support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Audio Visual operations within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end event environment.
  • Technical knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining AV equipment for events, conferences, weddings, and entertainment programs.
  • Knowledge of AV troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic equipment repairs.
  • Understanding of electrical safety practices and AV system installations.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
