تعلن شركة Napco National عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، للعمل على تنفيذ مهام الإصلاح والصيانة وفقاً للإجراءات المحددة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام مهام طلبات الإصلاح من قائد فريق الصيانة وتنفيذ أنشطة الإصلاح وفقاً لتعليمات العمل وأدلة الآلات لإعادة الآلة إلى حالة تشغيل مناسبة.
  • طلب المساعدة من فني الصيانة الأول أو قائد الفريق عند الحاجة لحل الأعطال.
  • طلب قطع الغيار باستخدام نموذج طلب قطع الغيار وإحالته إلى قائد فريق الصيانة للموافقة المسبقة لضمان الاستهلاك المناسب.
  • تنظيف منطقة العمل بعد الانتهاء من الإصلاح وفقاً لتعليمات تنظيف ما بعد الصيانة لضمان تسليم المنطقة نظيفة وخالية من المخلفات.
  • تسجيل وقت الانتهاء ووصف المهمة وأي مهام معلقة أو اكتشافات جديدة في نموذج طلب الإصلاح لتوثيق السجلات.
  • الحصول على ملاحظات وموافقة قائد فريق الإنتاج على نموذج طلب الإصلاح قبل تسليمه لقائد فريق الصيانة لضمان رضا الإنتاج عن المهمة المنفذة.
  • استلام مهام الصيانة الدورية والوقائية من قائد فريق الصيانة وتنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً لقوائم المراجعة وإبراز أي اكتشافات جديدة لجدولتها.
  • تنفيذ مهام المعايرة الداخلية بناءً على تعليمات قائد فريق الصيانة وفقاً لتعليمات العمل الخاصة بالمعايرة.
  • الاضطلاع بمهام 5S وفقاً للخطة الموضوعة لتحسين ظروف العمل.
  • السلامة: التعرف على إجراءات وتعليمات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بمهام العمل، واتباع معايير السلامة في Napco والامتثال لقوانين العمل السعودية، والمشاركة في أنشطة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وحضور اجتماعات السلامة، وحضور جميع التدريبات التي تقدمها الشركة، والإبلاغ عن أي حوادث أو حالات قريبة أو ظروف غير آمنة، وتصحيح الظروف غير الآمنة فوراً إذا كان ذلك آمناً، ورفض أداء العمل في حال وجود ظروف غير آمنة، واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المقدمة، وفحص الأدوات والمعدات والمركبات قبل الاستخدام، والتعرف على خطة الاستجابة للطوارئ وموقع الإسعافات الأولية ومعدات مكافحة الحرائق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مهارات القراءة والكتابة والحساب، ويفضل الحصول عليها من خلال شهادة معهد تقني.
  • حالة بدنية جيدة، والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط عالٍ.
  • القدرة على العمل بنظام النوبات المتناوبة.

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Receive Repair Request tasks from Maintenance Team Leader and carry-out repair activities in accordance with the set Work Instructions (WI) and Machine Manuals in order to get the machine back into adequate working condition.
  • Seek Lead Technician or Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need.
  • Request Spare Parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form and relay the request to Maintenance Team Leader for pre-approval in order to insure adequate spare part consumption.
  • Upon repair completion, clean the working area according to Post Maintenance Cleaning WI in order to handle back the area clean and free from any work residues.
  • Upon repair completion, write the Finishing Time, task description, any pending tasks or newly discovered findings on the Repair Request Form (RRF) in order to document records.
  • Upon repair completion, seek Production Team Leader feed-back and approval on the RRF, prior to submitting same to Maintenance Team Leader to ensure Production satisfaction on the performed task.
  • Receive Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance tasks from Maintenance Team Leader, carry-out activities according to the set checklists and highlight any new finding for further scheduling.
  • Carry-out In-house Calibration tasks based on Maintenance Team Leader instructions, according to the set Calibration Work Instructions.
  • Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working condition.

Safety

  • Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
  • Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labor rules and legislation.  Contribute in the different OH&S activities and attend safety meetings as required.
  • Attend all training offered by the company.
  • Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts to his/her direct supervisor, or to the camp boss in case they are related to the accommodation.
  • Immediately correct unsafe conditions, if safe to do so and where possible.
  • Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before starting any work.  Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.  Report all incidents and near misses to their supervisor  Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
  • Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
  • Be familiar with the emergency response plan and location of first aid, firefighting equipment.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education & Experience

Reading, Writing and Arithmetic skills required. This is preferably acquired through a Technical Institute degree.

Special Working Conditions

Good physical condition, ability to work under high stress environment  Ability to work alternating shifts.
