مطلوب مهندس إنتاج للعمل لدى شركة Napco National في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنظيم وتخطيط أنشطة العمل والمشاريع لإنجاز المهام وتحقيق الأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى بكفاءة.
  • تطوير منتجات جديدة، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء وتنفيذ وترقية حلول التصميم لتحسين الجماليات وبيئة العمل وقابلية التسويق والإنتاج لمنتجات الشركة.
  • مراقبة حالة الأصول وتحديد حالتها بناءً على المؤشرات وبيانات الحالة الفعلية لتحديد أولويات موارد الصيانة وتحسينها بهدف تقليل التكلفة وتوقف الأصول مع الحفاظ على كفاءتها.
  • تنفيذ مبادئ التصنيع الخالي من الهدر: Just In Time (JIT)، Six Sigma، Ishikawa، 5S، SMED، PDCA والأدوات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • تشغيل جميع الخطوات والأنشطة لآلة الإنتاج المطلوبة وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP) أو التعليمات الأخرى إن وجدت.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين العمليات والأدوات والتدريب الذي يمكّن الشركة من الاستجابة السريعة لاحتياجات العملاء وتغيرات السوق مع التحكم في المخرجات والجودة والتكلفة.
  • إنتاج المخرجات المطلوبة بأقل الموارد الممكنة.
  • جدولة أنشطة الإنتاج بفعالية لتقليل وقت الإنتاج والتكلفة وزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية.
  • فحص واختبار الأدوات وقطع الغيار والمواد الخام والمواد قيد التصنيع والمنتجات النهائية باستخدام معدات معملية بسيطة إلى معقدة، مقابل الحدود القياسية ووفقًا للمعايير الهندسية والإجرائية لاكتشاف ومعالجة الانحرافات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم واستخدام المعدات القياسية وأنظمة الأتمتة المكتبية والبرامج بشكل فعال.
  • المعرفة بالتقنيات الناشئة في الإنتاج الصناعي.
  • المعرفة بمجموعة متنوعة من الآلات وقطع الغيار والأدوات والمواد الأخرى المستخدمة في ممارسات الصيانة بالشركة.
  • المعرفة باستخدام آلات الشركة وأدواتها وعمالتها لتصنيع منتجاتها، والمعرفة بالعملية العامة لتحويل المواد الخام إلى منتجات تامة الصنع.

Job Description

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE

  • Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
  • Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
  • Knowledge in emerging technologies in industrial production.
  • Develop new products as well as create, execute, and upgrade design solutions to improve the aesthetics, ergonomics, usability, marketability, and production of NAPCO’s products.
  • Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools
  • Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
  • Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge in the use of NAPCO’s machines, tools and labor to manufacture NAPCOs products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.
  • Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost.
  • Generate the required output with the least required resources.
  • Effectively schedule production activities in order to minimize production time and cost and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
