تعلن شركة Napco National عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس صيانة في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

مراقبة وجمع وتفسير مجموعة من البيانات الأولية من مصادر مختلفة، وتحليل النتائج وإعداد التقارير لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرارات.
التواصل وتقديم المعلومات في سياق الأعمال شفهياً وكتابياً بطريقة واضحة وموجزة وشاملة.
مراقبة حالة الأصول وتحديد حالتها بناءً على المؤشرات والبيانات اللحظية لترتيب أولويات موارد الصيانة وتقليل التكاليف وتعطل الأصول مع الحفاظ على كفاءتها.
تحديد الأعطال وعزلها وإصلاحها بالكامل لاستعادة الأصل المُعطَّل إلى حالة تشغيلية تؤدي وظيفته المقصودة، وتطبيق تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) لضمان حل طويل الأمد.
الإلمام بأنواع الآلات وقطع الغيار والأدوات والمواد الأخرى المستخدمة في ممارسات الصيانة بالشركة.
تشغيل نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS) الخاص بالشركة، وأي أنظمة برمجيات مؤسسية أخرى ذات صلة.
تطبيق سياسات وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، بالإضافة إلى المعايير والإجراءات الداخلية للشركة.
فهم وتفسير المتطلبات القانونية واللوائح والإجراءات الداخلية لحماية الأفراد والممتلكات ومنع الخسائر في السوق.
جدولة تدخلات الصيانة للأصول بناءً على ساعات التشغيل أو التاريخ المحدد لضمان تشغيلها بشكل سليم وتجنب الأعطال غير المخطط لها.
استخدام نتائج مراقبة الحالة (Condition Monitoring) للتنبؤ بموعد إجراء الصيانة وجدولة الصيانة التصحيحية وفقاً لذلك.
مراقبة وتقييم عملية التصنيع بأكملها بشكل منهجي لضمان تحقيق معايير الجودة وتحسين العمليات الهندسية والتصنيعية.
فحص واختبار الأدوات وقطع الغيار والمواد الخام والمنتجات قيد التصنيع والمنتجات النهائية باستخدام معدات مخبرية بسيطة إلى معقدة، وفقاً للمعايير الهندسية والإجرائية، لاكتشاف ومعالجة الانحرافات.

Job Description

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE

Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision making process in various aspects of work at NAPCO.
Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
Operate NAPCO’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and, if applicable, other enterprise software systems it interfaces with.
Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
Schedule maintenance interventions to NAPCO’s assets, based on running hours or relevant date, in order to ensure their healthy operation and avoid unscheduled breakdown and downtime.
Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.
Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
