شركة Napco National تعلن عن وظيفة **Maintenance Lead Technician** في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

مراقبة حالة الأصول وتحديد حالتها بناءً على المؤشرات وبيانات الوقت الفعلي لترتيب أولويات موارد الصيانة وتقليل التكاليف وتوقف الأصول.
تحديد الأعطال وعزلها وإصلاحها بالكامل لاستعادة الأصل إلى حالة تشغيلية تمكنه من أداء وظيفته، مع تطبيق تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) لضمان حل طويل الأمد.
جدولة تدخلات الصيانة للأصول بناءً على ساعات التشغيل أو التاريخ المناسب لضمان تشغيلها السليم وتجنب الأعطال غير المجدولة.
استخدام نتائج مراقبة الحالة للتنبؤ بموعد إجراء الصيانة وجدولة الصيانة التصحيحية وفقًا لذلك.
تشغيل نظام برمجيات إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS) الخاص بالشركة وأي أنظمة مؤسسية أخرى يتصل بها.
تطبيق سياسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، وفهم المتطلبات القانونية واللوائح والإجراءات الداخلية لحماية الأفراد والممتلكات ومنع الخسائر.
مراقبة وتقييم عملية التصنيع بأكملها بشكل منهجي لضمان تحقيق معايير الجودة ودفع تحسينات العمليات الهندسية والتصنيعية.
فحص واختبار الأدوات وقطع الغيار والمواد الخام والعمل قيد التنفيذ والمنتجات النهائية باستخدام معدات مختبرية بسيطة إلى معقدة، وفقًا للمعايير الهندسية والإجرائية.

المهارات المطلوبة

فهم بيئة الأعمال في Napco وأهدافها، وتفسير السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية وتطبيقها.
التواصل الشفهي والكتابي بوضوح وإيجاز في سياق الأعمال مع تقديم المعلومات بطريقة شاملة.
جمع وتفسير وتحليل البيانات الأولية من مصادر متنوعة وإنشاء التقارير لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
معرفة اللغات المحلية والأجنبية والقدرة على استخدامها (نطقًا وكتابةً).
تنظيم وتخطيط أنشطة العمل/المشاريع لإنجاز المهام بكفاءة وتحقيق الأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
فهم واستخدام المعدات القياسية وأنظمة الأتمتة المكتبية والبرمجيات بشكل فعال.
الإلمام بمجموعة متنوعة من الآلات وقطع الغيار والأدوات والمواد الأخرى المستخدمة في ممارسات الصيانة بالشركة.
معرفة استخدام آلات الشركة وأدواتها وعمالتها لتصنيع المنتجات، وفهم عملية تحويل المواد الخام إلى منتجات تامة الصنع.
تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية المحلية والإقليمية والدولية.

Job Description

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE

Understand NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NAPCO.
Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
Operate NAPCO’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and, if applicable, other enterprise software systems it interfaces with.
Knowledge in the use of NAPCO’s machines, tools and labor to manufacture NAPCOs products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.
Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
Schedule maintenance interventions to NAPCO’s assets, based on running hours or relevant date, in order to ensure their healthy operation and avoid unscheduled breakdown and downtime.
Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.
Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
