تفاصيل الوظيفة
مطلوب مُخطِّط إنتاج (Production Planner) للعمل في شركة Napco National في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد جدول إنتاج أوامر العمل لجميع عمليات الإنتاج.
- ضمان إتمام الأوامر في الوقت المحدد والحفاظ على جداول التسليم.
- التأكد من تنفيذ جميع العينات والتجارب الداخلية في الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد خطة الصيانة الوقائية الشهرية الأولية وإرسالها لمخطط الصيانة في بداية كل شهر.
- التنسيق مع وحدة الصيانة بشأن خطة الصيانة الوقائية اليومية.
- التنسيق مع وحدة الإنتاج/الصيانة بشأن الصيانة المجدولة.
- إعداد تقرير هامش المساهمة لجميع الأوامر المنتجة.
- حضور اجتماع الإنتاج اليومي واجتماع خدمة العملاء وتقديم تحديثات حول أهداف الإنتاج والتأخيرات.
- إعداد تقارير شهرية لرئيس وحدة تخطيط الإنتاج ومدير خدمة العملاء ومدير سلسلة التوريد.
- التنسيق ومتابعة جميع الأنشطة في عملية الإنتاج أو المتعلقة بها.
- التأكد من توفير المواد اللازمة للإنتاج لمدة 48 ساعة من المستودعات الخارجية إلى الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها (مع مهارات عالية في القراءة والكتابة والحساب).
- خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال التصنيع مع معرفة بالعمليات والإجراءات والآلات.
- يُفضَّل حضور دورات أو ندوات في الجدولة والتصنيع.
- الإلمام بنظام إدارة سلامة الغذاء ISO 22000:2005 (ميزة إضافية).

Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
1 . Prepares job order production schedule for all production processes.
Makes sure that the materials needed for 48 hours of production are provided from the external warehouses into the internal one.
Education & Experience
High reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is acquired through bachelor degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired through one to two years of experience.
Professional Certification
Scheduling, manufacturing courses and seminars are a plus ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Awareness
JOB DESCRIPTION
1 . Prepares job order production schedule for all production processes.
- Ensures that jobs are produced and completed in time and delivery schedules maintained.
- Makes sure that all samples and internal trials are carried out on time.
- Prepares monthly tentative preventive maintenance plan and sends it to maintenance planner in the beginning of each month.
- Co-ordinates with the maintenance unit about the daily preventive maintenance plan.
- Co-ordinates with the production/maintenance unit about the scheduled maintenance.
- Prepares the contribution margin report for all Produced orders.
- Attends daily production meeting & customer service meeting and provides updates about production targets and delays.
- Prepares monthly reports to the production planning unit head, customer service manager & supply chain Manager
- Coordinates and follows up on all activities in the production process or related to it.scheduled maintenance.
