تعلن شركة هيلتون في مكة، جدة، السعودية عن توفر وظيفة مسؤول السلامة والأمن. يتضمن الدور تحديد المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة، تطبيق سياسات السلامة، والتعاون مع خدمات الطوارئ المحلية. يعمل المسؤول كخط الدفاع الأول ضد الحوادث والوصول غير المصرح به والاختراقات الأمنية، للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة وخالية من المخاطر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أنظمة المراقبة وأجهزة الإنذار ونقاط الوصول إلى الممتلكات.
- إجراء دوريات منتظمة للمنشأة لتحديد المخاطر أو الاختراقات الأمنية.
- تطبيق لوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة (مثل السلامة من الحرائق، الالتزام بمعدات الوقاية الشخصية).
- الاستجابة السريعة للطوارئ الطبية أو الحوادث أو التهديدات وكتابة تقارير الحوادث.
- تدريب الموظفين على إجراءات السلامة الأساسية وخطط الإخلاء في حالات الطوارئ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو درجة البكالوريوس في العدالة الجنائية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عمل مثبتة كمسؤول سلامة أو حارس أمن أو دور مماثل.
- رخصة أمن سارية أو شهادات سلامة (مثل OSHA, NEBOSH).
- مهارات ملاحظة قوية والقدرة على البقاء هادئًا تحت الضغط.
- مهارات تواصل وحل نزاعات ممتازة.

- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and property access points.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify hazards or security breaches.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies (e.g., fire safety, PPE compliance).
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies, accidents, or threats and write incident reports.
- Train staff on basic safety procedures and emergency evacuation plans.
- High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Safety Officer, Security Guard, or similar role.
- Valid security license or safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
