يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية ضمان التزام المؤسسة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية، مع إدارة العلاقات الحكومية والامتثال التشغيلي في جميع المواقع المخصصة. يسد هذا المنصب الفجوة بين تطبيق الامتثال والتفاعل الاستباقي مع الجهات الحكومية والتنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك وصيانة إطار الامتثال للموقع، بما في ذلك التراخيص والتصاريح والوثائق التنظيمية.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق امتثال منتظمة وتقييمات للفجوات عبر جميع المواقع.
- ضمان التجديد والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب لجميع التصاريح والتراخيص التنظيمية.
- تطوير وصيانة سجلات الامتثال والمتابعات ولوحات التقارير.

- تقديم مدخلات الامتثال والعلاقات الحكومية في إطلاق المواقع الجديدة والتوسعات والتغييرات التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على معايير التوثيق لجميع المراسلات التنظيمية والتفاعلات الحكومية.
- رفع تقارير حالة الامتثال والعلاقات الحكومية إلى القيادة العليا بشكل دوري.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة البرامج أو المشاريع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل عبر وظائف مختلفة مع فرق تقنية وغير تقنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين العمليات باستخدام البيانات والمقاييس.
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- معرفة متقدمة ببرنامج Excel (الجداول المحورية، VLookUps) وSQL.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قيادة التوصيل من البداية إلى النهاية، وإبلاغ النتائج إلى القيادة العليا.

Conduct regular compliance audits and gap assessments across all sites
Ensure timely renewal and tracking of all regulatory permits and licenses
Develop and maintain compliance registers, trackers, and reporting dashboards
Government Relations Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with relevant government bodies, regulatory authorities, and enforcement agencies
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may impact operations and advise leadership proactively
Support Branch Managers in managing regulatory interfaces at site level
Develop government engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
Cross-functional Responsibilities
Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure integrated compliance and GR coverage
Provide compliance and GR input into new site launches, expansions, and operational changes
Maintain documentation standards for all regulatory correspondence and government interactions
Report compliance and GRO status to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
