تعلن شركة أمازون (الرياض، السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف عمليات (Operations Supervisor) في إحدى مراكز التشغيل لديها (مراكز الميل الأول، الفرز، أو التوصيل النهائي). سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إدارة المناوبات وضمان سير العمليات اليومية بكفاءة وأمان.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق بيئة عمل آمنة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة عبر تحديد الفرص المتعلقة بالسلامة في منطقة العمل
- تدريب وإدارة الموظفين لضمان تقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة
- تقديم معلومات حاسمة متعلقة بالمناوبة للإدارة المباشرة والمشغلين بشكل مستمر
- تعديل توزيع العمالة أثناء المناوبات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها
- التعاون مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة المشكلات والاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية (جاهزية منطقة العمل، 5S، السلامة، التدريب)
- المساهمة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد عبر تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office ومنتجاتها
- المرونة في العمل بجدول زمني متغير/مناوبات/مناطق عمل، يشمل weekends والليالي والعطلات الرسمية
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً (≈22 كجم)، والوقوف/المشي خلال مناوبات قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، وأداء حركات متكررة (دفع، سحب، قرفصاء، انحناء، وصول)
- سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة في مراقبة أرضية العفو (Amnesty Floor) لدى أمازون (مفضل)
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل معادل في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل)

Key job responsibilities
- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout the shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. Capable of developing expertise in all operational processes.
- Have experience using Excel and WMS.
- Able to analyze data, motivate team members to excel, and, most importantly, consistently place the customer at the center of all decision-making.
- Flexible with scheduling, including night shifts, variable work hours and work overtime as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, engineering, business management or other relevant field
