تتشارك شركة Foreground مع إحدى الشركات السعودية الرائدة في مجال التدريب والتعليم، المعتمدة من الجهات الوطنية والمتوافقة مع رؤية 2030. نبحث عن متخصص في العلاقات العامة والاتصالات للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية - الدمام، لتمثيل المنظمة وقيادتها على أعلى المستويات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تمثل هذه الفرصة دورًا محوريًا لتمثيل منظمة سعودية بارزة وقيادتها في أعلى المستويات. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع المسؤول الرئيسي، وتكون حاضرًا واثقًا ومفعمًا بالحيوية أمام كبار الشخصيات والضيوف من المسؤولين الحكوميين والملوكيين. ستساهم في ترك انطباع ممتاز في كل تفاعل، وستنمو مع الوقت لتصبح صوتًا عامًا للمنظمة عبر وسائل الإعلام والمنصات الاجتماعية. نبحث عن مواهب سعودية جديدة وواثقة تتمتع بمهارات اتصال استثنائية وحضور طبيعي. لا تشترط خبرة سابقة في العلاقات العامة، فالأهم هو طريقة التعامل مع الآخرين وكيفية تمثيل من تعمل معهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مرافقة ودعم المسؤول الرئيسي أثناء الاجتماعات والزيارات والفعاليات، مع ضمان انطباع مهني لائق في جميع الأوقات.
- استقبال كبار الشخصيات والضيوف واستضافتهم وإشراكهم بحفاوة وثقة ووعي ثقافي.
- التواصل بوضوح وفصاحة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية في اللقاءات المباشرة والمكتوبة والرقمية.
- دعم سير ارتباطات ومواعيد المسؤول الرئيسي بسلاسة أثناء مرافقته.
- تمثيل صورة المنظمة وهُويتها بشكل متسق، والعمل مع الوقت كصوت عام أمام وسائل الإعلام ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- بناء وصيانة حضور مهني قوي عبر الإنترنت بما يتوافق مع هوية المنظمة.
- السفر داخل المملكة وخارجها وفق ما تقتضيه ارتباطات المسؤول الرئيسي.
- ممارسة السرية والكتمان التامين في جميع الأوقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والعرض.
- واثق من نفسه، اجتماعي، وفصيح، مع تفكير سريع وحضور طبيعي في المحافل رفيعة المستوى.
- مظهر مهني لائق، وحضور شخصي قوي، مع القدرة على رفع مستوى المسؤول الرئيسي دون التفوق عليه.
- مريح في تمثيل المنظمة أمام الجمهور، مع اهتمام أو ميل لوسائل الإعلام ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (ميزة قوية).

- Communicate clearly and articulately in both English and Arabic across in-person, written, and digital settings.
- Support the smooth flow of the principal's engagements and appointments while accompanying him.
- Represent the organization's image and identity consistently, and over time act as a public-facing voice across media appearances and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong, professional online presence aligned to the organization's brand.
- Travel across the Kingdom and internationally as the principal's engagements require.
- Exercise complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Fluent in English, with excellent spoken communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, sociable, and articulate, with quick thinking and natural poise in high-profile settings.
- Presentable and professional, with a strong personal presence and the judgment to elevate and complement the principal rather than overshadow him.
- Comfortable representing an organization publicly. An interest in, or aptitude for, media and social media is a strong advantage.
- Communication ability, presence, attitude, and commitment matter most.
- Reliable, committed, and fully available, with the flexibility to travel within the Kingdom and abroad at short notice.
