نبذة عن الوظيفة
تمثل هذه الوظيفة فرصة لتمثيل منظمة سعودية بارزة وقادتها على أعلى المستويات. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع المدير التنفيذي، وستكون حضورًا أنيقًا ومتمكنًا وجذابًا أمام الضيوف رفيعي المستوى والزوار من القطاع الحكومي والعائلات الملكية. ستساعد في ترك انطباع ممتاز في كل تفاعل، وستنمو مع الوقت لتصبح صوتًا للمنظمة في وسائل الإعلام والمنصات الاجتماعية. نحن نبحث عن كوادر سعودية جديدة وواثقة تتمتع بمهارات تواصل استثنائية وحضور طبيعي. الخبرة الرسمية في العلاقات العامة ليست مطلوبة؛ المهم هو كيفية حملك لنفسك، وكيفية تواصلك مع الآخرين، ومدى جودة تمثيلك لمن تعمل معهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مرافقة المدير التنفيذي ودعمه خلال الاجتماعات والزيارات واللقاءات، مع ضمان انطباع مهني وأنيق في جميع الأوقات.
- استقبال واستضافة الضيوف رفيعي المستوى والزوار المهمين بحفاوة وثقة ووعي ثقافي.
- التواصل بوضوح وبأسلوب محكم باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية في جميع السياقات الشخصية والكتابية والرقمية.
- دعم سير اللقاءات والمواعيد بسلاسة أثناء مرافقة المدير التنفيذي.
- تمثيل صورة المنظمة وهُويتها باستمرار، والعمل مع الوقت كوجه عام للمنظمة في الظهور الإعلامي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- بناء والحفاظ على حضور إلكتروني مهني قوي متوافق مع العلامة التجارية للمنظمة.
- السفر داخل المملكة وخارجها وفقًا لالتزامات المدير التنفيذي.
- ممارسة التكتم والسرية التامين في جميع الأوقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية، مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والعروض التقديمية.
- ثقة عالية بالنفس، اجتماعي، متحدث محكم، وسريع البديهة مع حضور طبيعي في المواقف رفيعة المستوى.
- أنيق المظهر ومهني، مع حضور شخصي قوي وقدرة على التمييز لرفع مكانة المدير التنفيذي دون التفوق عليه.
- مرتاح لتمثيل المنظمة بشكل عام. الاهتمام أو الكفاءة في الإعلام ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ميزة قوية.
- القدرة على التواصل، الحضور، الموقف، والالتزام هي الأهم.
- موثوق، ملتزم، ومتاح بالكامل مع مرونة في السفر داخل المملكة وخارجها في وقت قصير.

- Communicate clearly and articulately in both English and Arabic across in-person, written, and digital settings.
- Support the smooth flow of the principal's engagements and appointments while accompanying him.
- Represent the organization's image and identity consistently, and over time act as a public-facing voice across media appearances and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong, professional online presence aligned to the organization's brand.
- Travel across the Kingdom and internationally as the principal's engagements require.
- Exercise complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Fluent in English, with excellent spoken communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, sociable, and articulate, with quick thinking and natural poise in high-profile settings.
- Presentable and professional, with a strong personal presence and the judgment to elevate and complement the principal rather than overshadow him.
- Comfortable representing an organization publicly. An interest in, or aptitude for, media and social media is a strong advantage.
- Communication ability, presence, attitude, and commitment matter most.
- Reliable, committed, and fully available, with the flexibility to travel within the Kingdom and abroad at short notice.
