تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO) عن توفر وظيفة 'Senior Engineer - BIM, Design & Interface Coordination' للعمل في العُلا، المملكة العربية السعودية، على مشروع إنشائي كبير.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة أنشطة التنسيق لنمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) عبر الفرق متعددة التخصصات خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • إدارة واجهات التصميم بين التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) والبنية التحتية.
  • مراجعة نماذج BIM والرسومات التصميمية والمستندات الفنية لضمان الدقة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • تحديد وتتبع وحل التعارضات التصميمية باستخدام أدوات تنسيق BIM.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق المشروع لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير BIM والمواصفات الفنية وإجراءات التنسيق.
  • دعم مراجعات التصميم وورش العمل الفنية واجتماعات إدارة واجهات العمل.
  • إعداد تقارير تنسيق BIM وتقارير اكتشاف التعارضات ووثائق المشروع.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع ودعم حل مشكلات التصميم والتنسيق في الوقت المناسب.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني لفرق المشروع حول عمليات BIM وأفضل الممارسات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في BIM أو تنسيق التصميم أو المشاريع الهندسية متعددة التخصصات.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى منظمات استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) - إلزامية.
  • خبرة قوية مع Autodesk Revit و Navisworks و BIM 360/ACC ومنصات تنسيق BIM الأخرى.
  • فهم ممتاز لمعايير BIM واكتشاف التعارضات وإدارة واجهات العمل والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقعية سريعة الوتيرة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام Autodesk Revit و Navisworks و BIM 360/ACC.
  • إتقان أدوات تنسيق BIM واكتشاف التعارضات.

(HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services. We deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - BIM, Design & Interface Coordination to join our team in AlUla and support the delivery of a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM coordination activities across multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
  • Manage design interfaces between architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
  • Review BIM models, design drawings, and technical submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify, track, and resolve design clashes using BIM coordination tools.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and coordination procedures.
  • Support design reviews, technical workshops, and interface management meetings.
  • Prepare BIM coordination reports, clash detection reports, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and support timely resolution of design and coordination issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams on BIM processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, design coordination, or multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Previous experience working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations is mandatory.
  • Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and other BIM coordination platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, interface management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
