Job Description

To provide technical support in the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in monitoring and executing mechanical works at the site.

·        Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

·        Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

·        Inspect equipment, piping, ductwork, valves, and accessories during installation.

·        Assist in testing, balancing, flushing, pressure testing, and commissioning activities.

·        Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, civil, and architectural teams.

·        Monitor subcontractor activities and prepare progress reports.

·        Identify installation defects and follow up on corrective actions.

·        Maintain inspection, testing, and progress records.

·        Assist in preparing red-line drawings and as-built drawings.

·        Ensure that approved mechanical materials and equipment are used.

·        Comply with approved quality, health, and safety procedures.

 Qualifications & Experience:

·        Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.

·        Fresh graduate or up to 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical works or construction projects.

·        Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

·        Familiarity with mechanical drawings and AutoCAD.

·        Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
