المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير المفاهيم المعمارية وإعداد التصاميم والرسومات التفصيلية.
  • ضمان الامتثال للرموز واللوائح المحلية ومواصفات المشروع.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال وثيق الصلة، مع تفضيل الحصول على تسجيل مهني أو الأهلية للتسجيل.
  • خبرة في مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق أو المعقدة، ويفضل أن تكون في منطقة الخليج أو بيئات مماثلة.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والاستعداد للعمل في الموقع في الرياض.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في الهندسة المعمارية والتصميم المعماري، بما في ذلك تطوير المخططات وتخطيط المساحات وإعداد الرسومات التفصيلية والمواصفات.
  • مهارات في إدارة المشاريع: التخطيط، تنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات، إدارة الجداول الزمنية، ودعم التحكم في التكاليف والجودة.

(SAUDICO) is a long-established construction company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating since 1972 and contributing significantly to the nation’s economic growth. Classified as a Grade One contractor by the Ministry of Housing and Public Works, SAUDICO is recognized for its high standards and reliable project delivery. The company has executed a wide range of projects, including high-rise buildings, infrastructure works, housing complexes, administration buildings, shopping malls, industrial plants, hospitals, and warehouses. SAUDICO manages both employer-designed re-measurement contracts and lump-sum turnkey design-and-build projects, offering comprehensive construction solutions across the Kingdom.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Riyadh. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs and drawings, and ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and project specifications. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with engineering, construction, and project management teams, reviewing and refining design proposals, and participating in site visits to monitor implementation and resolve design-related issues. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to align designs with functional requirements, budget constraints, and aesthetic goals, while supporting the delivery of high-profile and complex projects.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and supporting cost and quality control.
  • Candidates should possess relevant skills in Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural workflows, including familiarity with design tools, BIM platforms, and coordination of digital project data.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with professional registration or eligibility for registration preferred.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and strong understanding of local building codes and construction standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in large-scale or complex construction projects, ideally within the Gulf region or similar environments, is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to work on-site in Riyadh.
