Worley، شركة عالمية رائدة في مجال الطاقة والكيماويات والموارد ومقرها أستراليا، تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس إشراك المعنيين (Stakeholder Engineer) في الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق إدارة العلاقات لتنسيق التفاعلات مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية ودعم الحصول على التصاريح والموافقات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير علاقات المعنيين في تنسيق التفاعلات مع الجهات المعنية عبر المشروع.
- التواصل مع التخصصات الداخلية وممثلي Ma'aden والجهات الخارجية لتسهيل التواصل وحل القضايا المتعلقة بالمعنيين في الوقت المناسب.
- المساعدة في تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع وإغلاق إجراءات المعنيين وقضايا الواجهات والتصاريح والموافقات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المعنيين ومتتبعات الإجراءات وسجلات المراسلات وسجلات الواجهات.
- تنسيق الاجتماعات مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية، بما في ذلك إعداد جداول الأعمال والمحاضر ومتابعة الإجراءات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في مشاريع EPCM (الهندسة والمشتريات وإدارة الإنشاءات) الضخمة.
- مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات قوية.
- الإلمام بأدوات إدارة المشاريع وبرامج CAD.

A stakeholder Engineer is required to support the management of interfaces with the Client's affiliates and external stakeholders, and other relevant authorities.
The role will report and support to the Stakeholder Manager through coordination, administration, and interface tracking with the Client Stakeholder team to facilitate permits, approvals, and stakeholder engagements, while working closely with the Interface Management team to ensure stakeholder requirements are effectively communicated and tracked.

- Support the Stakeholder Manager in coordinating stakeholder interfaces across the project.
- Liaise with internal disciplines, Ma’aden representatives, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and timely resolution of stakeholder matters.
- Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and closing stakeholder actions, interface issues, permits, and approvals.
- Maintain stakeholder registers, action trackers, correspondence logs, and interface records.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor the progress of stakeholder deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
- Ensure stakeholder documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with project procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and status updates on stakeholder activities, permits, approvals, and outstanding actions.
- Escalate overdue or unresolved stakeholder issues to the Stakeholder Manager where appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Interface Management team to ensure stakeholder requirements are reflected in interface registers and project deliverables.
- Assist in reviewing project schedules to identify activities requiring stakeholder engagement and ensure approvals are obtained in line with project milestones.
- Support continuous improvement of stakeholder management processes and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience in mega EPCM project.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management and CAD tools.
