Position: Logistics-Operational

Location: Saudi Arabia

Contract Duration: September 2026 - February 2027

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Operational to support logistics and operational functions for a high-profile football tournament in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Operations Coordination

* Coordinate day-to-day logistics and operational activities

* Support planning and execution of logistics strategies

* Assist in developing and maintaining logistics schedules and trackers

* Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and assets

* Monitor deliveries, installations, and removals

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers

* Coordinate with internal departments and functional teams

* Track vendor deliverables and timelines

* Ensure accurate communication of logistics requirements

• Tracking & Documentation

* Maintain logistics trackers, reports, and status updates

* Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

* Document logistics issues, resolutions, and action items

* Ensure proper filing and record keeping

• On-Ground Operations Support

* Support logistics operations during tournament-time

* Assist in resolving operational and logistics challenges

* Monitor compliance with operational timelines

* Coordinate urgent requirements and last-minute changes

• Compliance & Quality Control

* Ensure logistics activities align with operational plans

* Support adherence to safety and procedural standards

* Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks

* Escalate issues where necessary

Requirement

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles
• Knowledge of FIFO
• Based in Riyadh, Khobbar, Jeddah, or willing to relocate

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience supporting one or more of the following are strongly preferred:

• Major sports tournaments
• International sporting events
• Stadium or venue logistics
• Large-scale event infrastructure projects
• Multi-venue event logistics operations
