تعلن شركة The Brick عن توفر وظيفة سائق توصيل أثاث وأجهزة في السعودية. نحن بحاجة إلى أفراد متحمسين يمتلكون روح الفريق ويركزون على خدمة العملاء، للانضمام إلى فريق النقل لدينا تحت إشراف مدير العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص وتحميل المنتجات على الشاحنة
- إجراء فحص قبل الرحلة للمركبة
- رفع وحمل المنتجات إلى منازل العملاء دون إحداث أي تلف، وتجميعها حسب الحاجة
- تقديم خدمة عملاء داخل المنزل بما في ذلك تحصيل المدفوعات
- توثيق حالة التسليم
- تسجيل المعلومات مثل عدد الأميال وتكاليف الوقود وأي مشاكل تواجهها
- إتمام عملية تسليم الدوام بما في ذلك المحاسبة الصحيحة للبضائع وإصدار الفواتير
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مجال التوصيل تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (الفئة 5 فقط مطلوبة) - رخصة الخريج الجديد غير كافية
- كشف سابق للرخصة (Driver's Abstract)
- القدرة على رفع وحمل بضائع ثقيلة تزيد عن 50 رطلاً بشكل منتظم
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية ولكنها غير إلزامية
- التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والتواصل
- المرونة في العمل بنظام المناوبات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة
- اجتياز فحص الخلفية الجنائية الذي تدفع تكاليفه الشركة

Responsibilities
- Inspect and load product
- Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle
- Lift and carry products into customers’ homes with no damages, and assemble as required
- Perform in-home customer service including customer settlements
- Document delivery status
- Record information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered
- Complete driver check-in, including proper accounting of merchandise and invoicing
- Delivery experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license (class 5 only is needed) ~ Graduated is NOT sufficient
- Current Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
