Waiter - Fine Dining Restaurant

About the Company

A premium fine dining restaurant in Riyadh, dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine and outstanding guest experiences. They are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant's service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food & beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
