We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee our customer service team in Jeddah!

Role Highlights:

• Position: Marketing Manager

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Reporting Line: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

• Team Structure: Leads a team of 9 (Marketing + Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, advertising, and PR strategies to maximize ROI.

• Financial Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, forecast sales, and evaluate campaign profitability.

• Market Insights: Analyze competitor activities and market economic trends to optimize pricing and positioning.

• Cross-Functional Management: Oversee content creation, digital channels, corporate events, and client relationship management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) OR 6 years (with a Master’s).
• Industry Experience: Strong background in Real Estate Development is highly preferred.
• Skills: Bilingual (English fluency is required), robust negotiation and presentation skills, and strong financial acumen.
