We're Hiring: Wood Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Are you passionate about wood manufacturing, production optimization, and operational excellence? We are looking for a skilled Wood Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and drive efficient, high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities across cutting, machining, assembly, and finishing lines.

• Operate, monitor, and optimize woodworking machinery including CNC routers, panel saws, edge banders, planers, sanders, and presses.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.

• Manage material flow, timber/board inventory, and optimize production yield while reducing waste.

• Ensure quality standards for dimensions, joinery, finishing, and tolerances; manage rework and corrective actions.

• Enforce HSE standards, including dust extraction systems, machine safety, PPE compliance, and fire prevention measures.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and cutting lists.

• Lead, train, and supervise operators and technicians while ensuring effective manpower utilization.

• Maintain production reports, process documentation, and performance records.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in wood manufacturing, furniture production, joinery, or woodworking operations.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and woodworking production processes.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
