المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم ونشر وتكوين وإدارة مجموعات Kubernetes
- إدارة الموارد بما في ذلك Pods، Deployments، Services، ConfigMaps، Secrets، Ingress، Namespaces، وPersistent Volumes
- تنفيذ تنسيق الحاويات باستخدام Kubernetes و Docker/container runtimes
- مراقبة صحة المجموعة وأدائها وتوفرها واستخدام الموارد
- تكوين RBAC، سياسات الشبكة، ضوابط الأمان، وإدارة الأسرار (Secrets)
- إدارة ترقيات المجموعة، التحديثات، التوسع، النسخ الاحتياطي، واستعادة التعطل
- استكشاف المشكلات على مستوى التطبيقات والشبكات والتخزين والمجموعة
- تنفيذ التوفر العالي (High Availability) وقابلية التوسع لأعباء عمل Kubernetes
- دمج Kubernetes مع خطوط CI/CD وأدوات المراقبة والتسجيل وDevOps
- أتمتة البنية التحتية والنشر باستخدام Helm، Terraform، Ansible، أو أدوات مماثلة
- العمل مع منصات Kubernetes السحابية مثل OpenShift، AKS، EKS، أو GKE حسب الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7+ سنوات في البنية التحتية/DevOps مع خبرة عملية كبيرة في Kubernetes
- خبرة عملية قوية في إدارة Kubernetes وهندستها المعمارية
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة Linux، Docker/الحاويات، الشبكات، التخزين، والافتراضية
- خبرة مع Helm وملفات YAML الخاصة بـ Kubernetes
- معرفة بأمان Kubernetes، RBAC، الشبكات، واستكشاف المشكلات
- الجنسية السعودية مطلوبة
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مع Prometheus/Grafana، ELK، أو منصات مراقبة/تسجيل مماثلة
- معرفة بممارسات CI/CD وDevOps
- شهادة Kubernetes مثل CKA/CKAD

Position Summary
ExeQut is hiring a Kubernetes Engineer / Administrator to design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across production and non-production environments - ensuring high availability, security, and scalability for containerized workloads.
What You Will Do
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters
- Manage resources including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and Persistent Volumes
- Implement container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker/container runtimes
- Monitor cluster health, performance, availability, and resource utilization
- Configure RBAC, network policies, security controls, and secrets management
- Manage cluster upgrades, patching, scaling, backup, and disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot application, networking, storage, and cluster-level issues
- Implement High Availability (HA) and scalability for Kubernetes workloads
- Integrate Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and DevOps tools
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Helm, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Work with cloud Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift, AKS, EKS, or GKE where applicable
- 3-7+ years in infrastructure/DevOps with significant hands-on Kubernetes experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and architecture
- Good knowledge of Linux, Docker/containers, networking, storage, and virtualization
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes YAML manifests
- Knowledge of Kubernetes security, RBAC, networking, and troubleshooting
- Saudi Nationality required
- Experience with Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, or similar monitoring/logging platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA/CKAD
- Performance-based compensation structure
