تعلن شركة IHG Hotels & Resorts عن وظيفة محلل حسابات القبض (Analyst Accounts Receivable) للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، وهي مناسبة للخريجين الجدد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
الخريجون الجدد مدعوون للتقديم.
أي تدريب عملي أو خبرة تدريبية في المحاسبة، المالية أو الخدمات المشتركة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
فهم أساسي لمبادئ المحاسبة والمفاهيم المالية.
الإلمام ببرنامج Microsoft Excel وتطبيقات Microsoft Office الأخرى.
المعرفة بأنظمة ERP مثل PeopleSoft، SAP، Oracle أو أنظمة محاسبية مشابهة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية وليست إلزامية.
القدرة على تعلم الأنظمة والعمليات الجديدة بسرعة.
مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة.
القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
الاستعداد للعمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وموجهة نحو الخدمة.
المرونة للعمل في فترات مختلفة عند الحاجة.
القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة الوظائف ومتعددة الثقافات.
مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.

Key Skills & Experience (Fresh Graduate Level)

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Any internship or practical training experience in accounting, finance, or shared services will be an advantage.

Technical Skills And Knowledge

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting systems is an advantage but not required.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Other Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Flexible to work in different shifts, if required.
