انضم إلى فريق الأغذية والمشروبات كـ (Steward) في أول مجموعة Vignette Collection في المملكة العربية السعودية (فندق كارلتون المعيبيد) في الدمام. نحن نبحث عن فرد موثوق ومجتهد ويهتم بالتفاصيل للحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والسلامة ودعم العمليات في المطبخ ومناطق الطعام.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنظيف وتعقيم جميع أدوات المطبخ والأطباق والزجاجيات والمعدات وفقاً لمعايير النظافة المعتمدة في الفندق.
  • ضمان بقاء جميع مناطق المطبخ وإعداد الطعام نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة طوال الوقت.
  • دعم الطهاة وطاقم المطبخ في تحضير الطعام الأساسي ومهام المطبخ عند الحاجة.
  • التعامل مع التخلص من النفايات وإجراءات التدوير بما يتوافق مع معايير الفندق والبيئة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة مناطق غسيل الأطباق ومناطق التخزين والمساحات الخلفية.
  • استخدام وتخزين جميع مواد التنظيف الكيميائية والمعدات بأمان وبشكل صحيح.
  • إبلاغ المشرف فوراً عن أي مشاكل صيانة أو معدات غير آمنة أو مخاطر سلامة.
  • المساعدة في استلام وتخزين التوريدات مع ضمان النظافة والتنظيم المناسبين.
  • اتباع جميع لوائح سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصحة والسلامة في جميع الأوقات.
  • دعم فريق المطبخ خلال فترات العمل المزدحمة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
  • الحفاظ على مظهر مهني وارتداء الزي المطلوب ومعدات الحماية.
  • أداء مهام إضافية يكلف بها من قبل المشرف أو إدارة المطبخ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في دور stewardship أو المطبخ أو التنظيف مفضلة ولكنها غير ضرورية.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وأداء مهام تتطلب جهداً بدنياً.
  • فهم أساسي لمعايير النظافة والتنظيف.
  • مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والاستعداد لدعم فريق المطبخ والخدمة.
  • مرونة في العمل بنظام المناوبات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
  • لياقة بدنية تسمح بالوقوف لفترات طويلة ورفع الأغراض وأداء المهام المتكررة.
  • موقف إيجابي وموثوقية والتزام بالحفاظ على معايير النظافة العالية.

Join Our Food & Beverage Team as a Steward at the First Vignette Collection in KSA!

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Steward to join the Food & Beverage team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational support within the kitchen and dining areas. If you take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and supporting smooth kitchen operations, we welcome you to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment in accordance with hotel hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and kitchen duties when required.
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures in line with hotel and environmental standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues, unsafe equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries while ensuring proper hygiene and organization.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required uniform and protective equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Kitchen Management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a stewarding, kitchen, or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support the kitchen and service teams.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift items, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
