DXC Technology تعلن عن توفر وظيفة L2 Support Engineer في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل مع فريق تطوير البرمجيات على تصميم واختبار الحلول البرمجية، مع التركيز على المكونات الحرجة، وحل المشكلات الإنتاجية المعقدة، وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين. تتبنى الشركة نموذج عمل يعتمد على التعاون الحضوري مع مرونة لدعم الإنتاجية والرفاهية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع فريق تطوير البرمجيات لتصميم وبرمجة واختبار الحلول البرمجية، مع التركيز على تطوير وصيانة المكونات الحرجة.
  • العمل مع أعضاء الفريق ذوي الخبرة لتلبية متطلبات المشروع والمواعيد النهائية، والمشاركة بنشاط في مراجعات التصميم والكود.
  • المساهمة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات في تطوير البرمجيات، وتشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.
  • المشاركة في تطوير وتوثيق متطلبات ومواصفات البرمجيات.
  • تصحيح الأخطاء وحل المشكلات الإنتاجية المعقدة، بالعمل الوثيق مع المهندسين الأقدم وفرق الدعم.
  • البقاء على اطلاع على التقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات، والبحث عن الحلول المبتكرة واقتراحها.
  • المساعدة في توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين، ومشاركة المعرفة والخبرات.
  • تحمل مسؤولية المهام التقنية الصعبة والتعاون في القرارات المعمارية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (مثل علوم الحاسب) أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة والتعليم.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في المجال، مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور مماثل.
  • درجة متقدمة في مجال ذي صلة (ميزة إضافية).
  • شهادات مهنية أو تدريبية ذات صلة (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان لغة برمجة واحدة أو أكثر ومنهجيات التطوير.
  • إتقان البرمجة وتصحيح الأخطاء في المكونات البرمجية المعقدة.
  • الإلمام بممارسات ومنهجيات تطوير البرمجيات.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
  • مهارات فعالة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
  • الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف مع المهام التقنية الصعبة.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, with a focus on developing and maintaining critical components.
  • Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
  • Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components
  • Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks Other Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or training a plus
